Located in the heart of Santa Pola, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea, the apartment accommodates 4 guests in two full bedrooms. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook—oils, vinegars, spices, and more—a complete bathroom, ducted air conditioning throughout, washing machine, TV, and high-speed WiFi, perfect for remote work.

The apartment offers ducted air conditioning in every room, ensuring year-round comfort: cool air in summer, heating in winter. You’ll always enjoy the ideal temperature, whether it’s peak season or a spring or autumn getaway.
