The perfect apartment in the perfect area of Rome!

Pros: We loved the convenience of staying at Casa L’incanto. You can walk to all of the main attractions of Rome. There are many excellent restaurants and markets nearby as well. Alberto is the best host and made us feel just like family in his home! Cons: Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Casa L’Incanto

We stayed at Alberto’s Casa L’Incanto for 1 day/night during our visit to Rome. The building is located on a quiet street in the upscale neighborhood of Prati. There is a supermarket down the road as well as others within walking distance. Neighboring streets are wide and lined with shops, cafes, and some restaurants.Communication with Alberto was easy via text/phone and his English is very good. Elevator in the building was a big help with our luggage.

This property and the host are both absolutely full of color and charm. It felt less like a rental and more like we were house guests. We loved the books, art, antiques, and patio full of beautiful plants! We took advantage of the patio dining table more than once. Check in and check out were easy and instructions were very clear. There are two parking garages right on the block, making it easy for those driving in. I did find my dust allergy to be affected a little by some dust under the bed, but everything else seemed very clean. The shower's hot water is touchy, so pay attention to instructions to get that just right! To call the elevator push "C" a couple times quickly until it lights up. Once doesn't do it! "R" returns it to the main floor.Taxis pick up at the corner, and drop off right at the door, and the location is ten minutes from everything touristy! I was a little sad to leave the property this morning!
