The property provides 10 total beds or sleeping surfaces and accommodates up to 16 overnight guests.

Guest Access:

Ace in the Desert is yours to enjoy. Guests will have private access to the entire home and backyard throughout their stay, except for any clearly marked owner or supply closets.
We offer convenient self-check-in so your arrival feels easy and seamless. Your unique entry code and complete arrival instructions will be released approximately 24 hours before check-in.

Parking includes driveway and street parking, please never block neighboring driveways or sidewalks.

By booking this home, all guests agree to the following house rules:

1. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout may be requested but are subject to availability and must be approved in advance.

2. Parties, events, weddings, excessive noise, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

**All Backyard activities including Pickleball are to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM as well.**

3. Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana.

4. No pets are allowed at the property.

5. Occupancy is limited to the guests included on the reservation. Additional guests or visitors are not permitted unless approved in advance by the host.

6. Guests accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or using its facilities. By accepting the reservation, guests acknowledge and assume the risks associated with their use of the property. Guests may purchase personal insurance for additional protection.

7. We understand that accidents happen. Please notify us before departure of any accidental or intentional damage to the home or property.

8. Guests may not carry or otherwise possess firearms anywhere on the property, whether openly or concealed. This policy applies to all types of firearms.

9. Guests may not tamper with the pool equipment. Diving and glass are not permitted in or around the pool. Children under age 16 must be supervised in the backyard and around the water at all times, regardless of swimming ability. Children may never be left unattended in the backyard or elsewhere on the property.

10. Maximum occupancy is 16 guests and may not exceed a family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

11. Optional pool heat is available for $75 per day. When purchased, we aim to maintain the pool at approximately 85°F. Because the electric heater is weather-dependent, the pool may not reach or maintain 85°F during colder conditions.

12. Outdoor amenities require routine service. Pool and landscaping vendors may briefly access the backyard during scheduled service windows.

13. Arizona is home to desert wildlife and insects. Please keep exterior doors closed and do not approach or disturb wildlife.

14. Please have fun while respecting our home, neighborhood, and neighbors.

15. This property and all guests must comply with Arizona Senate Bill 1168, City of Scottsdale Ordinance Sections 18-150 and 18-121, and all applicable state and city regulations.

16. As stated in our house rules, the cameras must not be covered, blocked, disconnected, disabled, moved, or tampered with in any way during your stay. Any interference with the security system will be considered a serious violation of the house rules and may result in immediate termination of the reservation and removal from the property without a refund for the remaining nights.
