Country house "Il Carroccio", detached, surrounded by meadows and vineyards. 2 apartments in the residence. In the district of Torrazzo 2 km from the centre of San Damiano d'Asti, 15 km from the centre of Asti, 25 km from the centre of Alba, on top of a hill, in the countryside. For shared use: property 3'000 m2, garden with plants, meadow, swimming pool (above ground) (10 x 5 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 07.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, patio, arbour, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Asti" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (9 hole) 16 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Residence with electric gates. Obligation to wear bathing caps.
