For shared use: natural state property with plants and trees, natural garden, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 03.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use, extra). 1.5 km long motor access (via unmade road). Minimalistischen Familienurlaub

Ein traumhaft gelegenes Haus, extrem schlecht ausgeschildert, aber mit viel Humor und Fahrtalent zu finden. Wenn man es weiß geht es leichter. Das Haus ist minimalistisch ausgestattet. Bei 5 Personen gibt es 5 Teller, 5 Gläser und pro Person nur einen Satz Besteck. 3 Toepfe, eine Pfanne. Nur Laken auf den Betten wurde wirklich kalt in der Nacht, dafür bezahlt man aber 10€ pro Person für Bettwasche. Das Bad braucht dringend einen Klemptner, überall tropft Wasser. Posto incantevole sebbene un po' scomodo da raggiungere. Questo però fa si che sia completamente immerso nella campagna Toscana, uliveti e vigneti a perdita d'occhio. Casa ampia e confortevole ben disposta con giardino bellissimo. Piscina comune che a volte sembrava privata. Piccolo neo il gallo che comincia a dare il meglio di sé dalle 4 del mattino. Proprietari gentili e riservati.

Une location à vous donner de mauvais souvenirs.

Propriété très difficile d'accès (1,7 Km de chemin de terre). Encore faut-il le trouver…… le chemin ? Arrivé à la propriété, on y trouve la misère pour s'installer convenablement ! (pratiquement rien à se servir, et le peut qu'il y a, est loin d'être propre !) exemple: nous avons été obligé d'acheter des verres pour se boire un peu de prosecco ….. Dommage, car les champs d'oliviers qui l'entoure donne un beau cadre à cette propriété de Toscane . La désuétude laisse de mauvais souvenirs …. y compris celui des moustiques qui ne vous quittent pas les mollets et les bras de la soirée ...

1) je nach Jahreszeit an einen Mückenschutz denken.2) Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas spartanisch, aber die Vermieterin hilft nach Möglichkeit aus.3) Man muss sich darauf einstellen, dass das WiFi mehr schlecht als recht funktioniert, so wie überall in Italien auf dem Land. Unbedingt den Vermieter regelmäßig ans "Rebooten" des Modems erinnern, dann geht´s schon. Reisetipps: Neben den üblichen Zielen wie Florenz, Siena, Pisa und San Gimignano lohnt ein Ausflug am Abend nach Certaldo alto, um die typische Atmosphäre der Toskana mal in Ruhe zu genießen.

Great location with excellent pool!

A great location with a brilliant view and an excellent pool which is cleaned regularly. The property is located on a hill top in the middle of the olive groves and vineyards next to the village Certaldo. In the old town of Certaldo there are some nice restaurants of which L'Antica Fonte was our favorite. The apartment had everything we needed and a good and clean bathroom but the matrasses need some attention. These were very hard. The owner, Manfredi, is a nice man and he maintains the property well.
