In the house: roof terrace. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Shop 100 m, supermarket 1.2 km, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "São Rafael" 4 km. Marina 1.3 km, golf course (18 hole) 7.5 km.
"Azul", 5-room semi-detached house 160 m2 on 2 levels. Practical and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 bed (120 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), bath/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Property was in a brilliant area and owner was very flexible with timings. Close to a Lidl so shopping was easy and you could walk to most of the area

lovely stay, would recommend!

Perfect location. A short walk from the beach and the supermarkets was ideal. It was also close to Old Town and a cheap Uber away from New Town. Overall, the home itself was stunning and had amazing views from the terrace and the roof. We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. The only thing i would mention is to be aware of how hot the house gets during the day due to the lack of airconditioning.

Like staying at your grandma's

We had a fantastic Easter visit in this lovely, airy and spacious villa. The decor is very dated and the beds are pretty firm, but the photos are accurate, so you know that when you book. The place was spotless and in a perfect spot for restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. and we would very happily come again if

A home with lots of space, well equipped and easy access to the old town. A very comfortable stay and Jose Martins easily contactable if any problems.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Haus.

Es ist ein schönes Haus in einer super Gegend, dass aber dringend eine Renovierung benötigt. Essstühle sind unbequem. Die Küche ist bis auf Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sehr spartanisch nur mit dem notwendigsten eingerichtet. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen. Badezimmer könnten hier und da auch eine Überarbeitung brauchen. Eine Wäschspinne auf der Dachterrasse fehlt auch. Wir waren jetzt das 2. Mal im Abstand von 4 Jahren da, leider hat sich am Zustand nichts, aber auch gar nichts geändert.

Location bien située, mais qu’il aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement. Terrasse et jardin agréables. Située à l’écart du centre mais on y accède très rapidement. La plage est à 500m et il y a un ascenseur pour y descendre.

Emplacement idéal

Jolie petite maison à 500m de la plage. Petit jardin très appréciable, maison agréable mais le lit de la chambre du rdc ne fait que 120cm , donc pour 1 personne et non 2 personnes. Demanderait un peu de rafraîchissement surtout au niveau des salles de bain.

Logement spacieux et fonctionnel

Maison spacieuse avec 3 salles de bain, grandes chambres, jardin/terrasses agréables et ensoleillés. Cuisine bien équipée. Néanmoins aucun produit de 1ere nécessité à notre arrivée en dehors de papier toilette et savon (un peu d’huile, sel/poivre/sucre éponge/prod.vaisselle auraient été les bienvenus pour commencer le séjour). L’intérieur est sobre et rustique. Très bonne situation pour accéder au centre de la vieille ville et à la plage à pied. Arrivée facilitée pour la remise des clés.

Schöner Urlaub an der Algave

schönes Ferienhaus zweckmäßig eingerichtet, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem schön. Die Küchenausstattung war super , alles da Saftpresse Knoblauchpresse , Schneidebretter Gefier-Kühlkombi Waschmaschiene und Spülmaschiene, Alles was man braucht. Wir hatten 2 Reklamationen , der Vermieter war sofort da und hat dieses schnell behoben...top . Für Gehbehinderte ist die Lage nicht so geeignet , das Haus liegt am Berg

Casa com todas as condições necessárias para uma boa estadia com amigos e/ou em família, numa zona calma e agradável. A localização é perfeita, próxima da praia, dos bares, restaurantes, das compras e sobretudo da marina que possibilita diversas atividades de lazer.
