Forti Luna is a spacious, bright apartment in the heart of Catania, just steps from the city’s main attractions. Spread over two floors, it features two bedrooms—one with a three-quarter bed and one with four beds—making it ideal for families or groups. The apartment offers two small balconies on the first floor and a large terrace on the second floor overlooking historic Via Garibaldi, perfect for soaking up the Catanian atmosphere.



The location is unbeatable: within a short walk you’ll find Porta Garibaldi, Piazza Mazzini, Castello Ursino, the Monastery of San Nicolò l'Arena, the Roman Amphitheater, the Basilica Cathedral of Sant'Agata, the Church of the Badia di Sant'Agata, and the lively Fish Market. A wide selection of restaurants and bars is just around the corner.



Forti Luna is set in a central, lively neighborhood. As in any vibrant historic center, you may hear the typical sounds of urban life, including traffic. The street is one-way, which helps reduce traffic flow.

Great place to visit

My wife and I stayed here in April 2025 for 5 nights. Great location and very spacious apartment. We had a great time and a wonderful experience here.

Lovely setting

Catania was an amazing trip. The city is beautiful and mount Etna is stunning. Most important, the accommodation was first rate. Pietro was a gracious host. His apartment was stunning, spacious and stylish.

Nice location, close to many restaurants and supermarket. Rooftop patio was very nice!The "actual" host was very friendly and communicated well.Only issue we had was the VRBO contact would message a property manager in Germany, that would take over a day to respond. We never got check in instructuons until 2 hrs before our check in time, which caused us some stress.The host was excellent once we got a hold of him, left us lots of water and provided beach towels and umbrellas. I gave 5 star just because the host was really good and property was nice, and in a good location.

Apartment was beautiful, it had everything we were looking for (great location, AC, felt safe, Washing machine, updated bathroom, etc.) and was located within a 10 minute walk of city center. Speaking of...plenty of restaurants, shops, museums, open air markets and so many beautiful things to see in Catania. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming into town! Host...Pietro was an excellent host! He met us at check-in, walked us through everything, sent us links to local attractions, the market nearby and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Pietro, we really, really appreciated everything! **Side note...for those coming from the States, the local market (5 minute walk from the apartment) SELL'S ICE (YW!, lol)

großzügige,zentral gelegene Wohnung mit Dachterrasse

Pietro hat uns am Haus empfangen und uns beim Gepäck geholfen.Parken ist selbst bei kleinen Autos schwierig,direkt an der Hauswand.Von außen und im Treppenhaus sehr renovierungsbedürftig.Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig,auch die große Dachterrasse ist toll um abends zu sitzen.Zum Empfang hat uns Pietro Früchte und typisch sizilianisches Gebäck geschenkt.Wir haben von hier alles zu Fuß erkundet
