Finca Es Molinet Nou is idyllically situated on a plot of over 21,000 m² with ancient olive trees – a place to relax and take a breath. At the same time, it is only 1 km to the charming village of Son Carrió, where small restaurants, a bakery, a café and a supermarket are within about ten minutes' walk. Several of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast, such as Cala Millor, Sa Coma or Cala Bona, are just 10 to 15 minutes away by car. Golfers will find several renowned courses in the surrounding area. Right on the doorstep, the Via Verde also starts – a car-free cycling and walking path that winds around 30 km through the Majorcan countryside to Artà – ideal for active holiday days.



House & Facilities:

The finca offers approximately 290 m² of living space, complemented by 70 m² of covered terraces and a small roof terrace with wonderful views. With a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms, it accommodates up to ten people and is therefore ideal for families, friendly couples or small groups.



On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a spacious, light-filled living and dining area with a cosy sofa corner, large dining table and direct access to the terrace. The adjoining, fully equipped kitchen with practical pantry invites you to cook together. The ground floor also features three bedrooms with double beds, which can be arranged as single beds or separated on request. One of the rooms has its own en suite bathroom with shower, whilst the other two share a further bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms: a room with two single beds and separate bathroom with shower, as well as the spacious master bedroom. This offers an additional living and lounge area, direct access to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The upper floor is completed by a small fitness area, which also offers direct access to the terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and provide pleasant sleeping comfort even in the height of summer.



Entertainment is also catered for: a modern smart TV with access to DAZN and all common streaming apps allows you to not miss any sporting highlights during your stay – ideal for following, for example, the football World Cup matches in June relaxed from the finca.



Outdoor area:

The outdoor area is designed entirely for relaxed holiday moments. A covered terrace with large dining table and lounge corner offers space for shared meals and warm summer evenings. A patio heater provides pleasant warmth for outdoor dining from autumn through to spring. The jacuzzi invites you to relax, particularly during the cooler months.



Around the private saltwater pool, a spacious sun terrace invites you to relax, whilst an outdoor shower provides refreshment. A separate outdoor bathroom with shower offers additional comfort. For sociable evenings, a modern gas grill is available, and a table tennis table also provides variety and entertainment.



The finca also features a photovoltaic system and an in-house charging station where you can charge your electric vehicle free of charge.

- Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

- Deposit: €1,500 (reserved by credit card before arrival and refunded after departure).

- Air conditioning: Usage up to 40 kWh per day included. For higher consumption, €0.15/kWh will be charged.
