Both families and groups of friends will appreciate this. Old is combined with new and the exposed brickwork goes particularly well with the country-style furniture with a vintage flair. You can enjoy the view of the garden from the spacious living room as well as from the fully equipped kitchen with cooking island in casual off-white and dining area. The numerous floor-to-ceiling windows connect you directly to the surrounding terrace landscape. The house with its barrier-free one-bedroom flat on the ground floor is also suitable for people with disabilities. In addition to a bedroom with a chic en suite bathroom, there is an additional living room (the fireplace cannot be used here) and direct access to the garden. The other double bedrooms (one with an en suite bathroom and another bathroom with a walk-in shower) are located on the upper floor. What is particularly nice is that from each of these relaxation rooms you also have access to either the roof terrace with sweeping sea views or to a second smaller terrace. This means you can enjoy the most marvellous views this wonderful property has to offer all year round as soon as you get up in the morning, especially as the house has underfloor heating. The sweeping views of the sea and the majestic mountains alone clearly show the diversity of this region.
