You are lucky enough to know what a prefect beach house Sunny Day is. Being in Seagrove Beach puts you in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything along 30A. You can walk to some great restaurants or take a bike ride to check out the shops in Seaside or a band playing at The Hub. You know life is good when the decision you have to make is; "Do I walk out the back door and swim in the pool or do I walk out the front door to go swim in the Gulf?" You must have some fond memories of sitting on the back porch, with dinner on the grill, while everyone is having a blast in the pool. Sunny Day is your outpost in our piece of paradise. Sunny Days is a great Seagrove location with an incredible covered back porch for watching the family enjoy the pool or having a outside cookout. Being in Seagrove puts you in the middle of 30A, near all the great sights, shops and restaurants of Seaside and Rosemary. The house is even better, with wonderful new furniture and bedding. Sunny Day is a local favorite and we are very much looking forward to seeing you again.

Dear Mr.M- Thank you for taking the time to post your review. Sunny Day is the perfect house in the perfect location for a family trip to the beach. It is a nice change to be able to leave the car keys behind and be able to walk or bike to the wonderful beaches, shops, and restaurants in the area. Just being able to relax on that back desk, while watching the family swim in the pool, and dinner cooks on the grill, is why so many of us come to the beach. I see you could tell how much effort our owner puts in to keeping his house in tip top shape. That is why we were all so disappointed when the problems popped up with the appliances. The owners take pride in providing only the best appliances for their guest. The downside is, when we do have an occasional issue, the specialty repair parts take some time to come in. We are sorry that the "rushed" order did not arrive before your departure. We at Royal work very hard to make sure our guest have the best vacation possible. We look forward to your next visit which will be better yet!

Guests are a short walk away from the beach and have access to 4 complimentary bikes that make exploring 30A a breeze. Located within walking distance to the beach access and featuring a great community pool, Sunny Day is the perfect home for a relaxing getaway. This home is ideally located directly behind the community pool which offers guests a great place to cool off each day after the beach. Sunny Day is also very close to it's beach access and guests have access to complimentary bikes and beach chairs. The bikes allow guests to easily navigate all of 30-A. This home is clean, well stocked, and very spacious. We would like to remind guests that while this home does have plenty of room in the driveway, guests are still limited to only two cars in the driveway.
