The perfect view of the beach.

We loved the location and the view and everything it was perfect. We will for sure be back. The condo was clean the sheets were refreshing on the comfortable bed. I wished we would have booked a longer stay. Anyone looking for the perfect place to stay for 4 to 5 people this condo is perfect. And Kay was always there when I needed her and answered every question I had.

Love Summerspell and this Condo!

We have stayed at Summerspell several times and this condo was great! Kay was very sweet and the Property Management company was easy to work with and super responsive. We look forward to staying again!! Thank you, Kay!

2nd stay!

This was our second time renting this condo. The unit is clean and bright. There is a beautiful view of Miramar beach that is right across the street. The kitchen has all you need to cook up meals if staying in to eat. The king size bed is so comfy!! A nice surprise were the two small fans we found in the closet. We sleep with a fan for white noise, and forgot ours, so that saved us from having to buy one. There are extra beach chairs and umbrellas for use if you don’t have your own, as well as beach toys. Also, 4 beach towels were provided. Kay is an awesome host, is easy to get a hold of, proactive, and very communicative. We love this particular condo and the building in general (we have stayed at this complex 4 times) and don’t plan to ever stay anywhere else. Unit 303 will continue to be our unit of choice from now on! Thank you Kay for another wonderful, stress free stay in your condo!

Great condo! Very nice and has everything you need, love that it’s right across the road from beach and close to everything. Views were beautiful and the master bed was very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at Summer Spell and hope to return again. Unit provides everything you need with a convenient location across the street from a beautiful beach. And walking distance from Pompano Joe's! Management company was responsive to questions during our stay.

Great view

It was great to sit on balcony and see the ocean and if your a people watcher......that's great also. Everything was clean and had enough items in kitchen to prepare food it want to. Very nice condo and would definetly consider revisiting the area and the condo.

Kay is an exceptional hostess

The condo is always clean, well maintained and is comfortable. Kay always is highly responsive on the rare occasions you have to contact her instead of the rental company. We love staying here.

Perfect Vacation

My family and I were very pleased with this property. I've stayed at many condos over the years and this one was one of my favorites! The condo was nice and clean and I loved the location! You're super close to lots of stores and restaurants. I've never stayed in a condo where you had to cross the street, so I was a little nervous about that, but it wasn't bad at all! It's a very short walk to get to the sand. This unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, so if you have a hard time going up stairs (especially with your luggage) just keep that in mind. :) We will definitely be returning to this condo in the future!

Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Miramar 303! We were given plenty of towels and the linens were super clean and soft. The unit is right across the street from the beach and the view is fantastic. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony every morning. We hated to leave! The owner was very polite! She supplied an unbrella and chairs for the beach along with a rolling cart and honesty this alone is worth the stay there! If we are able to come again we would love to stay in this same unit.

A peaceful that feels like home

The condo had a welcoming feel as soon as you walked in. The furniture is comfortable. The bed is probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The back porch had a breeze and an incredible view of the waves. I spent hours on the porch relaxing and enjoying the view. The management company and Kay both followed up to ensure we had everything we needed. We hope to return often.

Everything you need, nothing you don’t.

Great location. The beach is right across the road. Very comfortable condo for my wife and I. Loved the deck. Spent a lot of time in the pool/hot tub area. We loved walking down the beach to breakfast. Restaurants within walking distance. We’ll be back.

Love this condo and area!

My husband and I love Miramar Beach, and this condo was perfect for us and our college-aged daughter. The view is phenomenal! Just steps from the beach! It is clean and well maintained. The beds are super comfy, and there are beautiful paintings by local artists displayed throughout. Our Host, Kay, responded to questions in a timely manner. She even reached out early in our stay to make sure everything was good with the property and to see if there was anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

We had a great time at SummerSpell. The views on the beach, ocean, and sunset was great. Easy to cross right over the street to the beach. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Great Location

My husband and I love the Summerspell complex and have stayed here a lot in the past. This was our first time at Kay’s property and it was lovely! Very clean and great view of the water. Good communication also! We had a question and Kay responded very quickly and someone was out within a few hours to gro me! We would love to stay here again

We live locally and have always wanted a beach getaway. The time was right when we found Summerspell 303. Summerspell is a favorite among locals for it's quaint size, magnificent, unobstructed views and great location.
My husband is an avid fisherman and if you are interested in fishing during your stay, he will be happy to share information and answer questions.
We just love to sit and gaze at our spectacular emerald waters and white sand. We appreciate that we live in such a beautiful place and want to share that with you.
We decided to try to manage our beach getaway ourselves to be sure that it meets the standard that we would expect for our guests. As locals, we have tried to provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and fun things to do.
We will try to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.

We didn't look any further after seeing Summerspell. From the moment we walked in to the awesome view we knew it was right for us. Being locals, we are familiar with the Destin area and what it has to offer.
