The well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining area, double bedroom with king-size bed, and contemporary bathroom with travertine marble and spacious shower provide everything needed for a relaxed stay. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, smart TV, pellet stove, washing machine, dryer, crib, high chair, and artisanal olive oil from over 200 olive trees on the property.



The apartment opens onto a shaded terrace framed by mature shrubs—an inviting space for outdoor dining and relaxation throughout the day. A private hot tub offers the perfect place to unwind after exploring. Bordered by an olive grove, the garden enhances the traditional Tuscan setting, and guests benefit from one sheltered parking space on site.

Small dogs only are welcome (large dogs are not permitted). Smoking is permitted. The apartment is part of a historic farmhouse where the owners live just above and are available to offer assistance and local advice if required. The property is also home to three well-behaved dogs.



The farmhouse was built in two phases in the 19th century, originally a family farm. Gaiole in Chianti has been a strategic crossroads since the Middle Ages and a commercial centre of the Chianti League since the 14th century.
