Tout d'abord un immense merci à Sandrine qui a été très flexible sur notre arrivée et notre départ ! Et puis, merci de nous ouvrir la porte d'un vrai lieu de vie, pas d'un appartement aseptisé uniquement voué à la location. On se sent vite chez soi, et dans 2 vraies chambres !L'appartement est idéalement situé au cœur d'un quartier très animé avec plein de petits resto sympas (mention particulière pour le Ju' à 2 pas ouvert de 7h a 2h !). On peut faire beaucoup à pied et sinon, on est sur la ligne 1 qui traverse Paris, et la station est a 5 minutes. Cette localisation est vraiment idéale.

Home away from home feel. The flat was a perfect place to stay while visiting Paris. It was very spacious for my family and homey. The location was great. It was close to all attractions. It’s walkable to Notre Dame, the Louvre, Seine River, variety of restaurants and transportation. Sandrine, our host was very responsive to all our needs and we’re very grateful to be able to stay here.

Great Paris Apt

Great stay in a typical Paris apartment. Everything was comfortable. Covienently located near metro stops. Great neighborhood, although they stay up late so having all the vwindows open will have you hear chatter through 2am.

Amazing Stay

Our stay in Paris was made so much better by getting the chance to stay in this beautiful Parisian apartment. Everything from the large apartment to the beautiful neighborhood made this such a special stay. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and we could have asked for a better Paris experience.

Did not disappoint!

A very roomy, delightful and eclectic home in which we felt very comfortable and safe. A great location close to metro and bus and bistros with a friendly convenience store 20m away. Sandrine was very prompt and helpful in our communications. A memorable experience, thank you Sandrine and Michel.

Magical

Our trip to Paris was amazing. Everything was beautiful and the apartment helped to make these days more exciting because we were fascinating by the house's atmosphere. The apartment's location is perfect. A few steps from the metro station. There are a lot of places to spend the night and the neighborhood is very comfortable and there is everything you need. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of books and CDs in the house and we had such a good time that we were a bit sorry to have to go back to Italy. We would recommend the apartment to everyone and we would return there with great pleasure. Although we have never met the owner, Sandrine, we thank her for being very kind with us. It was awesome to stay there.

Appartement très agréable

La communication est facile et rapide avec la propriétaire. L’appartement est tel que sur les photos. Très bien situé. C’est apprécié que d’avoir accès aux guides de voyage sur Paris. L’appartement est grand, très confortable. Nous recommandons vraiment.

In famiglia nel cuore di Parigi

L'appartamento situato in una palazzina d'epoca nel centro di Parigi é abitualmente utilizzato dalla famiglia che lo affitta. Quindi è una soluzione un po' diversa dalle consuete con vantaggi (in termini di suppellettili non manca nulla) e qualche piccolo svantaggio (gli armadi e le cassettiere sono chiaramente utilizzati dalla famiglia. L'appartamento è affascinante nel suo vissuto e si accettano anche piccoli difetti come il pavimento in legno molto rumoroso e il fatto che il wc e il bagno sono in due ambienti separati. Questa separazione ha comunque i suoi vantaggi. Con la mia famiglia siamo stati diverse volte a Parigi soggiornando in diversi quartieri e devo dire che questo è il nostro preferito. Oltre che centralissimo (dal soggiorno di vede il Pompidou!!!!) è anche ben frequentato, anche di sera, con tanti bei locali per mangiare o bere qualcosa. Particolare menzione per la gentilissima padrona di casa Sandrine sempre disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Per tutto questo, se avremo l'occasione, ci piacerebbe tornare in questa casa vissuta e affascinante.

Nel centro di Parigi sentendosi a casa

Siamo stati benissimo, sia per l’ubicazione, dell’unità mobiliare, sia per quel senso di casa, di domestico, di vissuto. Una sensazione unica, come se si fosse già vissuto in quell’abitazione senza esserci mai stati. Un’avventura nell’avventura, in una città bellissima affascinante Unica.

Una bellissima vacanza nel cuore del Marais

La proprietà di Sandrine e Michel è stata la sistemazione ideale per la mia famiglia di 4 persone (2 adulti e 2 ragazzi). Difficilmente si potrebbe trovare un appartamento così grande e a questo prezzo nel cuore del bellissimo quartiere del Marais. Vicinissimo all'Hôtel de Ville, al Centre Pompidou, al Forum des Halles, la bellissima chiesa di Saint Eustache e la Tour Saint Jacques. Spostandosi a piedi si raggiungono in pochi minuti Notre Dame e il bellissimo quartiere latino. L'ideale è però fare un Navigo découverte, l'abbonamento che permette di salire e scendere da tutti i mezzi di trasporto e di spostarsi liberamente nelle 5 zone di Parigi, compresi gli aeroporti, la Reggia di Versailles o Disneyland. Sandrine è stata sempre molto attenta e disponibile alle nostre richieste, anche quando ci hanno spostato il volo al giorno dopo, ci ha dato la possibilità di restare nel suo appartamento un giorno in più. Nell'appartamento non manca nulla e ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Solo la cucina è un po' piccola ed essenziale, ma ho trovato tutto il necessario per preparare i pasti per la mia famiglia quando non mangiavamo fuori. La lavatrice è funzionale e comoda per chi soggiorna per almeno una settimana come noi. Le foto corrispondono esattamente alla realtà. I letti erano comodissimi e confortevoli e abbiamo dormito benissimo. L'appartamento ha una camera da letto matrimoniale e poi c'è la camera della figlia dei proprietari con un altro letto. Mio figlio di 15 anni ha però preferito dormire sul grande divano del salone ed ha dormito benissimo! L'appartamento è antico e conserva lo stile degli appartamenti d'inizio secolo con gli stucchi a soffitto e grandi camini nelle stanze principali. Il pavimento è tutto in parquet, ma poiché è abbastanza datato, bisogna camminare a passo felpato per non fare troppo rumore e non dare fastidio agli inquilini del piano di sotto. L'unica cosa che vorrei chiedere a Sandrine è di dire fin dall'inizio che al prezzo finale di Homeaway bisogna aggiungere i 50 € da lasciare per le pulizie alla fine del soggiorno. Insomma a parte i problemi iniziali causati dalla compagnia aerea, per il resto la nostra vacanza a Parigi è stata meravigliosa, anche grazie alla dimora di Sandrine e Michel. Io e la mia famiglia vi ringraziamo per averci dato la possibilità di vivere in un vero appartamento parigino e in uno dei quartieri più belli di Parigi. Un grande abbraccio da Emilia, Giancarlo, Chiara e Antonio.
