Our stay was fantastic! The photos are completely accurate, and the space was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and having two bathrooms was perfect for our family of four. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from everything, yet on a quiet street. Roberto was incredibly helpful, arranging transportation from both the airport and train station and checking in with us throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend booking!
Just steps away from food, shopping and restaurants- yet the street was quiet in the evening. Perfect location near Piazza Navona

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Rome! The location was outstanding, right in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of many must-see sites. The apartment was clean and well-kept, with plenty of supplies for cooking and feeling at home. Our host, Alberto, stayed in touch prior to our arrival, so we knew what to expect (which really sets your mind at ease when traveling with kids). He greeted us warmly when we arrived and made us feel welcome right away as he showed us where to find everything in the apartment. We would definitely stay again next time we're in Rome!

This is the third time we’ve stayed in this wonderful apartment and we plan to return next year as well. The hosts are delightful - very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is very comfortable and the location couldn’t be better - in the middle of the historic center and yet on a quiet, tranquil block. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for wonderful vacation

We looked at 5 different properties before selecting this location. After our visit, all we can say is this location was by far the best choice. Perfectly suited to all major sites, full of restaurant and grocery options, and steps away from the nightlife yet set on a very quiet street. Was an excellent stay for our family.

I am a restorer of works of art, I love my children, my husband and beautiful things. In addition to this house, together with my husband we bought, we have restored and we rent a small apartment in Venice, just as beautiful and welcoming.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I decided to rent this apartment together with my husband because we bought for our son but is still small to be able to live alone, so until he grows up we decided to share it with those who want to enjoy a special place to discover or rediscover Rome; for its location, light and calm
Ideal for those who want to discover the most beautiful part of Rome without having to fight with the traffic of the city. All you can see going around on foot in pedestrian zones or limited traffic. at the same time you're in a neighborhood inhabited by Romans therefore not exclusively tourism. The house is ideal for a family with 2/4 children but also for two couples, having two full bathrooms. But that's fine for a single couple who wants comfortable spaces, comfortable and elegant. The neighborhood is full of good restaurants of all price.A 5-minute walk from St. Peter's and 2 minutes from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon 5 minut

この宿泊施設の特徴

The apartment is furnished with care, love and passion. Its true qualities, in addition to being elegant and refined, are located in the heart of ancient Rome, to be full of light and at the same time in a quiet street. The two full bathrooms make it comfortable even for 4/5 people. The air conditioning and wifi make it even more complete.
