Excellent location- 10 min walk from Promenade des Anglais, on the edge of the Old Town, a stone’s throw from Place Garibaldi and v convenient for tram to and from airport. Apartment as listed- bright, airy and well-equipped- ideal for two adults. Things to watch for: sensitive noses will note smell from bathroom shower drain (reported on arrival but told a known issue); 50- 60 stairs up to apartment - potentially an issue for anyone with mobility issues; light sleepers might consider earplugs if noise of the passing tram were to be an issue. Surrounded by an abundance of cafes, restaurants and a boulangerie right next door, Monoprix supermarket 2 mins walk. Have stayed in Nice many times in various apartments and this one is a v good spot - top scoring would be given if bathroom drain smell were resolved.

Positiv war die gute Lage in der Altstadt. Man konnte Restaurants, Promenade, Strand, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Straßenbahn auf kurzem Fußweg erreichen.Das Apartment war sauber und gut ausgestattet, allerdings kam aus der Dusche häufig ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch. Nachts war das Wohnzimmer nicht abzudunkeln und man konnte die Straßenbahn und Straßengeräusche hören.Die Übergabe lief problemlos, wir konnten vor 16 Uhr einchecken und am Abreisetag unser Gepäck noch einige Stunden in der Wohnung aufbewahren.

Great spot but not great sleeping conditions.

We felt the location was great. The place was nice and clean.Issue was really the sleeping situation. The bed in the bedroom was broken and being supported by a book stack so the mattress caved in the middle. The pull out couch was in the main room with no drapes or blinds so it was bright all night long. I would say even if the bed wasn’t broken I’d say it is really only meant for a 2 person stay.

Perfect Location

The location was better than we anticipated. It is right next to the tram, the large park and old town. It is a 0.4 mile walk to the water front through old town. The property was very clean as well! Being American, we had some trouble operating the appliances because the symbols are so different so some instructions for that would be helpful. Check-in and out was very simple! Please note that you have to go up 3 flights of stairs to get to this unit! Pack your luggage accordingly :)

Amazing property

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. It’s in the best location for the old town, trams to the airport and other locations. We loved sitting on the balcony especially at sunset. Lots of restaurants and cafes around the apartment. There’s a Monoprix supermarket just down the road which is very convenient.People have mentioned the stairs but it didn’t bother us and it’s worth it for the view over the gardens. We look forward to staying here again very soon.

Great accommodations and location

Was exactly as pictured. Was located on the third floor of walk-up and steps from the tram. Was a bit of street noise but nothing too bad. Checking in was easy and they let us check-in early which was great. Only downside was there was no toilet paper upon check-in so we had to track that down after a long international flight. But overall a great stay - would recommend.

Great location

We enjoyed this location as it was close to vieux Nice but also not directly in the center of the tourist area. It was easy to walk to everything as well as tram stops. The apartment was clean and well equipped with cooking items and linens. Overall a great experience.

Lovely apartment

The space was bright and clean and the location was ideally located on the edge of the old town and near the tram stops. I especially liked being able to pop down to the cafe downstairs for a coffee and a croissant to enjoy on the apartment’s terrace overlooking the park.

Family wedding in france

Where can I start ? An absolutely stunning apartment in the old town nice. Close to the supermarkets and more importantly, patisseries . We enjoyed our stay so much we're already talking about returning. Maria who met us at the apartment kept us up to date with messages until we arrived and also helped with a small issue we had on the first night. Beautifully presented and clean. Definitely recommend.

Positive experience

The apartment is located in the center of nice. You can reach everything you need by foot. The apartment is also nice. Just a little small for 4 people. The sleeping couch isn‘t really comfortable but totally fine. All in all we are really happy that we stayed in this apartment and we had a really positive experience. Additionally to mention is the really good and fast exchange with the agency. We would definitely recommend the place for two people and if you are uncomplicated also for four.

Clean and centrally located apartment

This property is great for a couple or a family of 3. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights; one best parts is the provided complimentary airport pick-up or in our case, airport drop-off. Also, a lovely bottle of red wine was provided as well as dish washing towels, detergent, bath towels/ linens, and beach towels. Check-in and out was quick and easy. The location is great, in the middle of everything with a small balcony overlooking the park. There are various cafes and restaurants below which makes meal time planning easy. The apartment was not too loud as we suspected it might be based on the location. This property is close to the Monoprix, Old Town, park, the sea, tram stations, and art museum. The space is small but equipped with a kitchen with dishwasher for making meals, if desired, and extremely clean. It is located on the third floor which translates into climbing multiple flights of stairs but we found this to help since we ate so many pastries and breads.

Stylish appartement in a beautiful city

Wie immer wurden wir am Flughafen mit dem Shuttle-Service abgeholt und kamen ganz entspannt an unserer Wohnung an. Hier wartete wieder unser Agent Maria zur Übergabe der Wohnung - mit Sunlight läuft hier alles perfekt. Wir kannten die Wohnung schon vom letzten Jahr und freuten uns schon auf die zentrale Lage mit dem kleinen Balkon direkt an der Altstadt. Gleich um die Ecke findet man jede Menge Lokale und Supermärkte, die jeden Tag geöffnet haben. Direkt neben unserem Hauseingang hat ein japanischer Sushi-Laden eröffnet. Wir haben uns Essen "a la maison" geholt und waren sehr zufrieden. Mit der Tramway, die nur 100 m von der Haustüre entfernt hält, kommt man alle 3 - 5 Minuten Richtung Place Massena oder zum Hauptbahnhof und das für nur 1 Euro pro Fahrt. Auch im nächsten Jahr wollen wir wieder hierher kommen!
