L hôte très gentil et serviable, il nous a attendu plusieurs heures chez lui car notre avion avait du retard. L appartement est grand, propre, spacieux, et ac tout le confort nécessaire. Et surtout, il est extrêmement bien situé, en plein centre de barcelone, à 2 mn à pied d une station de métro, de plusieurs arrêts de bus, de plusieurs supermarchés. Il y a aussi des magasins juste a côté, c'est très bien connecté. Pour qui aime être en plein centre, dans l'animation, proche de tout, c'est un excellent choix!Tout était parfait. Le seul " défaut " serait qu'il est situé au 4e étage , et qu'il n'y a pas d ascenseur, avec des escaliers très etroits, alors monter la valise au début du séjour était compliqué ( à la fin aussi). Pas pratique non plus pour les poussettes où les petits enfants. Pas de wifi non plus. Et on entend assez bien les bruits de la rue, le matin ou le soir, car il est situé en plein centre d'un grand carrefour. Mais à part ces 2 aspects, je le recommande ! On a adoré notre séjour, on se sentait vraiment chez nous, l'appartement était grand, on était proche de tout!

Le logement est bien situé, propre et la communication avec l’hôte a été très bonne. En revanche, nous avons rencontré un gros problème avec la douche, ce qui a rendu le séjour moins confortable. À noter également qu’il faut monter quatre étages sans ascenseur, ce qui peut être assez sportif.

The apartment was very spacious, well-equipped, and clean. Both the bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed. Its location is perfect for a few days of sightseeing in Barcelona.However, there are a few downsides. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator, and the staircase is very narrow and steep, making it difficult to manage with large suitcases. Another issue is that the apartment could really use some renovation, especially in terms of the electrical system.The air conditioning cannot be used unless someone is inside the apartment, which is inconvenient. Several studies have shown that maintaining a consistent temperature during the day is actually more efficient. If you're out all day and only return at night, the apartment gets extremely hot. At night, one of the bedrooms has the air conditioner blowing cold air directly onto the bed, while the other bedroom has no AC at all—only the living room does—so it takes long time while it cools down warm.

Wir hatten wirklich tolle Tage in Barcelona. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, um die ganze Stadt zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht, ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great location, a few mins from metro stations at Clot and Encant and loads of options for eating and drinking on the doorstep. Pedro was a lovely host; welcoming and extremely helpful with some great recommendations and advice for our stay.

Wonderful stay in Barcelona!

My partner and I could not have asked for a better stay in Barcelona! Pedro’s apartment was excellent for anyone looking to roam around Barcelona by foot. The location was simply amazing. Watch out for the stairs though, they’ll whip you into shape. Thank you to Pedro and his wife - they welcomed us and provided a lot of information. We will be back!

Highly recommended!

Pedro was so kind and took his time to explain everything to us upon arrival. The location was perfect, 5 min walk from La Sagrada Familia, and 15 min walk to Glories mall center, it’s literally close to everything, metro stations and also train to go back to the airport. We couldn’t have selected a better location for our stay. For my mom, the stairs were a bit difficult as the property is on the 4th floor but she got used to it. We also felt very safe in the area. Overall, it surpassed our expectations and we will gladly come back! 10/10

Très très bon accueil et propreté au rendez-vous. Parking pas cher à côté et à deux pas . Pour internet prévoir une puce pour partage data. Métro,bus et monuments à deux pas. Appartement très bien équipé. Encore un grand merci cher Pedro pour votre accueil chaleureux.

Emplacement idéal

L'appartement de Pedro et Marie Carmen est idéalement situé, bus et métro à moins de 10 mn à pied. Pedro et Carmen nous ont merveilleusement accueilli, les explications étaient complètes et le logement très propre. Je confirme que le seul bémol sont les escaliers assez raides et nombreux (75 marches), mais cela ne nous empêchera pas d'y revenir si nous en avons l'occasion.

Perfect Location! Great Space!

Pedro's apartment exceeded our expectations! It was MUCH larger than we expected. It had nice natural light, two good size bedrooms with comfortable beds, large living room with dining table for 6, kitchen with great amount of pans/knieves, bathroom, and two small terraces. The location in Barcelona is AMAZING. A 10 minute walk to La Sagrada Familia, so many restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores, and two Metro stations and many bus stops. You do NOT need a car!!! You do not want a car! Lol. We were in Barcelona for 5 full days and two half days on either end and we feel SO lucky that we were able to stay at the apartment. Pedro was absolutely wonderful. He met us at the apartment and gave us a full tour, suggestions for where to go, and was available on WhatsApp to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this location. :)

very nice location

we stayed for 5 nights, lovely location close to all amenities and the metro stop (encants). Very easy to get around walking and metro if need be, an amazing city with stunning weather - we will be coming back again to eixample.

Excellent séjour

L'appartement est très bien situé et bien équipé. Les escaliers peuvent en rebuter certains ainsi que la rue très animée mais le prix est très correct. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, je conseille ce logement.
