民家のように：庭を通る個人用の入り口と、イムムベを通る入り口。
構成：リビングルーム、2つの大きなダブルベッドルーム、2つのバスルーム、2つのトイレ、大きなキッチン、モダンで設備の整った豪華な住居。
FIFシネマフェスティバルのレンタルに最適：2つの独立したベッドルーム、各ベッドルームに隣接する2つのバスルーム、2つのトイレ（1つは独立しています）。
2つのバスルームは改装されており、1つには大きなコーナーバスと2つの洗面台が付いています。もう1つは、大きなウォークインシャワー、大きな正方形の洗面台、壁に掛けられたトイレを備えています。

Nous étions en vacances dans cette appartement pour la deuxième fois avec nos deux enfants. L'accueil est toujours aussi chaleureux, le logement est fonctionnel et très pratique, l'emplacement est idéal pour passer de belles vacances en famille. Nous recommandons sans aucune réserve.

Nearly perfect location and amazing hosts

If lounging and relaxing are your goal this is your place. Only a couple hundred meters from the beach (Bijou plage) or choose the beach only 400 meters away on the other side of the point. Restaurants abound nearby and the Croisette district is a 5 minute bus ride away for 1,70 Euro. The same bus will get you within a short walk to the train station that services the coastline. We took it to Monte Carlo, Nice, Antibes, and Marseille. The hosts were truly spectacular in every sense from the initial meeting and check-in to the final departure. We could tell that they truly wanted us to enjoy the space and the town. They were a wealth of knowledge regarding the area and took the time to show us around. The apartment is very secure and the AC is nice in the humid and warm evenings. The outdoor seating was a highlight that the photos don't do justice to. The only negative to add is that parking can be scarce during the day so plan for that.

Tolle Lage an der Croisette

Das Apartment liegt verkehrsgünstig an der Croisette in Cannes.Es hat 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer 1 Gäste WC und eine große Küche. Dazu gehört ein Garten der gerade für Hunde optimal ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Man braucht nur die Croisette zu überqueren und ist direkt am Strand. Es gibt in der Nähe mehrere Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt und natürlich die Boulangerie. Alles perfekt.

Parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux jeunes enfants. Hôte charmant, placide et efficace, à l’écoute en cas de besoin. L’appartement est propre et confortable, les équipements fonctionnels. Grande terrasse très agréable. Bijou-Plage à 50 mètres, plage Gazagnaire à 200 m, commodités de la Place de l’Etang et desserte bus tout à côté. Merci encore à nos hôtes! Maéva et Pierre

Un appartement bien placé mais non entretenu.

Séjour de 3 semaines. Appartement bien placé puisque sur la Croisette. De ce fait en haute saison c est bruyant mais c est la Croisette. Par contre l appartement manque considérablement d entretien et de rénovation. Certaines fenêtres qui ne s ouvrent pas et volets idem ( avons eu le volet d une chambre cassé le propriétaire a fait intervenir une entreprise) Lits très anciens et d une propreté plus que douteuse. Une serpillère en guise de tapis de bain. Porte savon rouillé dans la sdb que nous avons du retiré. Une vasque d une salle de bain qui fuie. Vaisselle salle à relaver. Robinetterie pleine de tartre. Draps à relaver car ils sentaient le renfermé. Frigo qui ne s allume pas quand on ouvre la porte : le propriétaire nous dit c est normal il faut taper en haut à droite sur la porte et la lumière s allume : du coup on donnait un coup à chaque ouverture : on a pris l habitude ! Un appartement très ancien sans aucun investissement. Cela n a pas participe à un bon séjour.

Beautiful Croisette Cannes

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, the location is ideal at the best at the Croisette, the apartment is very spacey and exactly like described, with an own enclosed Garden. We had our Cat with us, who enjoyed the garden and could not run away. Public transportation to the City in front of the housedoor, 10 mimutes drive. The Apartment was e well equipped with evrything, including a wonderful welcome present, wine from the region. The most impressive was the ver friendly and helpfuul Host Pierre Repellin, who helped us and we very much enjoyed his hospitality and company. Without his advices we would never have found all the wonderful places in Cannes. We highly recommend this place and we are planning to return. Sehr schön und gut gelegen.

Das Objekt ist sehr gut gelegen, direkt neben dem Strand. Wir wurden zuerst herumgeführt und bekamen viele gute Tipps zum Einkaufen und für Ausflüge.

Wunderbare Wohnung in ausgezeichneter Lage

Wunderbare Wohnung, großzügig, super gelegen, nicht mal 2 Minuten zum Strand und zum Hafen, toller Privatgarten mit großer Terrasse, wir haben 2 Wochen das Auto kaum gebraucht, die Busverbindung zur Innenstadt von Cannes ist exzellent, nicht unbedingt nötig, denn zu Fuß ist das Zentrum leicht zu erreichen. Pierre hat uns gute Tips gegeben und den Aufenthalt möglichst angenehm gemacht. Alles super, wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder

Appartement très bien situé, face à la plage du Bijou, petits commerces et restos à proximité

Appartement spacieux avec terrasse fleurie agréable. Situé à l'extrémité de la Croisette, c'est calme en journée et les nombreux arbres (pins et palmiers) apportent ombre et douceur. La plage du bijou juste en face, est bien protégée. On accède directement, par l'arrière de l'immeuble, à une petite place charmante : bistro, restos, petits commerces : on peut passer la semaine sans prendre la voiture. Le centre est facilement accessible à pied ou en bus. La nuit, l'environnement est plus bruyant, mais la climatisation permet de fermer les fenêtres. La cuisine aurait besoin d'être rénovée, mais elle reste pratique. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, prennent le temps à l'arrivée de nous faire faire le tour du quartier et de nous donner de nombreux conseils pour faciliter le séjour. Nous recommandons cette location.

overall good

It is a flat well located with respect to the beaches and just minutes from the center of Cannes. The furniture is mostly new except for the kitchen which has only the modern appliances, but needs to be revamped, and the second bedroom which looks rather dated with the carpet that needs a lot of cleaning as smelly. The air conditioning is effective only in the master bedroom, leaving the rest of the house quite warm when the weather is sunny. Very useful the WI-FI. Unfortunately there are no wardrobe large enough as they contain other objects of the owners and you are forced to keep some clothes and especially the underwear in suitcase, especially if the family is large. The standards of cleanliness are certainly adequate but below our expectations. Nice the small garden. The owners are courteous and attentive to guests' needs as well as to the consumption of electricity.
