Beautiful house, two decks facing the ocean, comfortable beds, fantastic location! I loved the upstairs TV room with the walk out deck and amazing vista of the whole beach.We had a couple of glitches: broken ice machine and no ice trays to make our own ice; broken start switch and an empty tank on propane grill. Overall, we loved our rental house and our time on the beach. Thank you!

Amazing vista!

We loved the spacious, tastefully decorated rooms, the huge windows allowing the beachfront to seem part of the house itself, the child-friendly front yard of sand, and I loved the fact that the downstairs living area was not dominated by a huge TV. I loved the upstairs TV room that also walked out onto a spacious outdoor deck. The beds were very comfortable and all the rooms were open and light. Overall, this was the most beautiful house our multi-generational family has ever stayed rented

Great location!

This house has a great location!! It’s right on the beach and we loved that! It’s just a few rock steps down and you’re on a fabulous beach! We loved all the Adirondack chairs on the deck so you can sit outside and enjoy the waves and the sunset! The bigger beds were very comfortable!! The twins are comfy for kids but not adults. There is also not room for 3 cars to park as advertised. They have put planters in right where they show a 3rd car can park. Overall, a great stay!

beautiful property

Aside from the difficulty in acquiring access. The key code did not work at all. We were able to contact the property manager and were able to use the keys from the key lock. The home was amazing and perfect. Loved that the TV was not in the downstairs living area. The views were incredible.

We came to this house for my dad’s 70th birthday celebration. We booked the house through a vrbo in October 2024. It’s been nothing but confusion between Vacasa & vrbo. We asked for a break down of prices & it was impossible to get a straight answer & we kept talking to someone different; which just ended up causing stress, especially for my Dad. Upon arrival, garbage was still there, urine in the toilet, the hose outside the front door to clean off was broken, bbq grossly unsanitary & only one burner was working. Had to throw out dinner that we’re planning on grilling.In addition; there were stains on the carpet, the towels had stains, sheets very old & thin, beds uncomfortable; not up to price they are asking for. We called many times regarding the bbq, garbage & hose. Kept being told “ someone is coming today” & no one came. I received a message on my app from Shannon; who is the manager of vacasa and was VERY helpful, she came right over & cleaned out the bbq, took the garbage out & was able to recifty some of the issues. Up until we heard from Shannon; we; especially my dad; were irate. She came over; she cleaned out the bbq, brought propane, took the garbage & brought my dad a happy birthday balloon!! She was extremely helpful & very apologetic for everything & all the miscommunication issues. We really appreciated her! She was able to help ease some of the frustration my father was having.! And as always; the beach is as beautiful as it’s always been!!!

3 Generations at Beach

Great site. Excellent accommodations for multi-generations. Only downsides were 1) Dishwasher not getting dishes clean enough 2) Outside gas range very difficult to light 3) Upstairs tub to shower process not very easy to figure out. But we all had a terrific time.

Mismanaged house on a beautiful beach

The location and view from this home are absolutely stunning—truly the highlight of the property. However, before you book, there are a few things you should be aware of that might affect your stay: If you're planning to cook or bake during your visit, you may want to bring your own supplies. The few metal baking dishes provided were in very poor, dirty condition and weren’t usable at all. We were really looking forward to grilling, but the unit was filthy and didn’t work. While someone came out to clean it after we reported the issue, it remained broken the entire 3-day stay. There was no communication unless we followed up ourselves. Sleeping in the master bedroom was difficult—the mattress sags heavily in the middle, so if you're sharing the bed, both of you will end up rolling into a “valley.” Definitely not a restful night’s sleep. Vacasa has a very outdated process while it comes to renting. They make you sign and email an agreement, which could very easily be made online. Once we sent the signed agreement it did not reflect online. When we reached out, they sent an email saying our reservation has been cancelled. So it was a panic moment as we have already planned a gathering with out of state guests there. It took multiple phone calls to sort that out. When we raised issue about the grill, it took multiple calls to get someone there who could not fix the issue. We got no apologies or updates. So it is better to spend some extra if needed to avoid Vacasa in case something does not go as expected. The view is gorgeous—but the overall lack of maintenance and communication made the stay feel frustrating and disappointing. I’d recommend double-checking with the host about recent updates or repairs before booking.

Breathtaking view

We came for my 43rd birthday to relax and get away from everyday stress. We absolutely loved it. We did not want to leave. The view was amazing, the house was amazing, Clean and had everything we needed. I absolutely loved the decor.

September beach trip

Location was great. Cleaning could have been better. Dirty dishes in dishwasher and upstairs bath tub was dirty. Lots of space to spread out. The outdoor furniture was wonderful. Having a few more staples would been nice (like foil or plastic wrap). I left some. Overall, a great stay.

Amazing home right on the beach!

This home exceeded our expectations in many ways. The location was perfect as it was only steps from the sand. The double decks, upper and lower, provided great views of the ocean, along with the large front windows. The house was comfortable, clean and updated. We loved the open kitchen and the space for our family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked for all of our cooking needs and the rooms were super spacious! We plan to come back next year for sure. This trip is a spring break tradition for our family and each year we’ve tried new houses. We won’t need to worry or look again, as we would come back to this house in a second. The available Netflix and DVD player was also a bonus for the family movie nights and rainy days. Loved everything about it!!

2nd Stay at Twin Rocks

We really enjoy the location of this house. Can’t beat the view and the beach access. We love that the deck has been re-done since our last visit. It was beautiful. A couple of pieces of feedback. The remote doesn’t work upstairs, which means our children were unable to use that tv for anything. The beds are uncomfortably hard/bad, and the pillows are worthless. Also, we were unable to check in until an hour after our check-in time, but we have a very strict checkout time of 10am. Seems to be a bit of a double standard. Overall good, but definitely needs some updates…
