The property exceeded our expectations and we were very happy with the welcome we received and the helpfulness and efficiency of the staff all of whom were charming. The infinity pool was maintained on a daily basis and was large enough for many people to enjoy and to swim lengths. The interior of the main house was very large and rustic. There was plenty of storage and comfortable beds. Parking was easy too. The walk for wine tasting was also very convenient. The views were lovely in all directions and the locality excellent for exploring Tuscany.

Tolles Haus, gut auch für mehr als 6 Personen. Leider beide Kaffeemaschinen nicht in Ordnung, der Toaster für so viele Leute viel zu klein und langsam. Aber ich möchte gar nicht jammern, tolles Haus, toller Ausblick und der Pool ist sensationell!!

Nous étions déjà venus en famille et c'est un très bel endroit mais avec la canicule la maison n'est pas assez isolée, les nuits ont été très difficiles. Elle n'est pas pratique en famille car il n'y a pas de point d'eau ni de coin cuisine au rez-de-chaussée. Nous avons été obligés de payer un service de ménage très onéreux dont nous n'avions pas besoin, et nous avons été dérangés par le personnel de service trop de fois. Cette obligation est déconcertante car nous entretenons nous mêmes les lieux et nous souhaitons ne pas être dérangés durant notre séjour. Il faudrait améliorer les éléments de confort comme les chasses d'eau, les pommeaux de douche ou encore les transats qui sont cassés. Quelques fauteuils d'extérieur seraient les bienvenus pour les personnes plus âgées ainsi que des tables movibles pour l'extérieur. Ce domaine demeure un havre de paix en pleine Toscane mais cela ne compense pas le prix de la location au regard du manque de confort.

tolles Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen Personen in diesem großzügigen und tollen Ferienhaus. Viele nett eingerichtete Räume. Viele Schlafzimmer und viele Badezimmern. Das Haus ist einfach riesig und bietet jedem die Möglichkeit sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen. Die Aussenterrasse und der große Pool runden das Angebot ab. Ein echter Traum. Im Haus war alles was notwendig ist ausreichend vorhanden. Wir haben die tolle Umgebung genossen. Wunderschöne Aussicht. Jederzeit wieder und vor allem tolles Preis/Leistungs Verhältniss.

Ferien in der Toscana mit einem sehr BITTEREN Nachgeschmack!!!

Leider wurden wir in der zweit letzten Nacht, während wir schliefen, ausgeraubt. Deshalb können wir mit besten willen keine GUTE Bewertung angeben. Unsere Ferien in der Toscana haben einen sehr negativen nachgeschmack. Für weitere Infos oder Fragen stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung.

A remarkable property in the Chianti hills

A remarkable property in the Chianti hills. Incredibly large - seems quite imposing at first, but we soon got used to it and really missed the space when we left and returned to our everyday lives. I am not sure what this building was intended for originally, but it has been converted into a very spacious villa that can comfortably accommodate 10 people. The dining area has a large table so family dining is easy and as it is just off the kitchen, not too far to carry food and drinks. The lounge is not quite large enough for all occupants to gather comfortably, but this wasn't a problem as we tended to split into a couple of groups anyway and there is a second lounge just off the main one. Although not all rooms are en-suite, there are plenty of bathrooms and toilets so no problem there. The outdoor space is the real feature of this villa, the infinity pool is easily the best we have ever had the pleasure to use and even after a very spectacular thunder storm it was clean and not full of leaves as others have been. The views from the rear of the property are absolutely beautiful, never tired of watching the clouds skip along the hill tops and the grape pickers beginning to collect in their harvest. The 'dirt' trail - partly tarmac'd - made for a great place to run, walk or cycle. Once again the views are spectacular once you get a mile or so out. Plenty of parking, although the slope is a bit tricky to negotiate and a very well equipped laundry room. All in all we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property, it is incredibly good value for money and the perfect location at which to base your exploration of the Chianti region.

Cleaning were perfect!! We´ve found the house very clean and also the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was very good, with all the tools that we needed. The fireplace was very good, we had just a problem with the smoke. Since we don´t have fireplace here in brazil we do not know how to use it, and probably used it wrong. The only thing i think it could get better, is to have a heater in all the rooms. All the rest was perfect and we had a great time! Thank you very much for all the help.
