We loved our stay - the rooms were all spacious and comfortable and the kids did great in the bunk room together. We loved having a full kitchen and the direct access to the beach was a game changer.

We had a great time. The views were magnificent and that was mainly what sold us on staying there. The kitchen was well stocked which was great since we stayed there for Thanksgiving. Only thing I would be concerned with is that it only has 1 thermostat on the main level which services 3 floors. 1st floor and 3rd floor were cold. I can't imagine what it would be like in the summer time for those levels. Overall the place was nice. Very convenient to the beach and views. You just walk out right on the beach. Great for small kids for that reason and it has a great bunk room too.The host company was amazing! Any question I had they responded quickly. I also had to call them during our stay for I needed something and it was delivererd in a timely manner.\Thank you for the stay!

We really enjoyed the house , we had enough room for my family . Everyone had their own space . House was nice and management stayed in contact and made sure we didn’t need anything during our stay .

We were booked for two nights and only stayed for one.The only pros to this house are that it is large, on the beach and the kitchen is well stocked.The cons are that the photos that are shown are very old and the home is very worn, especially for the price that is being charged. It is also a duplex so you will be able to hear the people in the adjoining unit and there is no separation of the balconies. There is chipping paint on all the cabinets, the doors are rotting and the mattresses are worn out. It was only in the 70s when we stayed and the a/c couldn't cool the house sufficiently so I imagine it will be terrible in the summer. There were also a couple of roaches (not palmetto bugs). There is a beach access within feet of the home so people will be walking back and forth at all hours of the day and night.The worst part was that the rental company hired a crew to paint the decks of the other unit of this duplex on Saturday morning. They showed up around 7:30 and proceeded to yell at each other so loud that it woke us up. When I contacted the rental company to ask that they please stop yelling, they said they would try. It was very dismissive.The most annoying part was the excessive texting and emailing from this rental company. If you are planning on getting away from the day to day, think again! They are going to send multiple texts and emails. I wasn't going to leave a review but they keep insisting that I do so here it is!

Our family came here for first time. Weather cooperated for perfect beach time. Stayed 6 days and enjoyed the off season small crowd.

We had a wonderful time! And the location and views were awesome..Overall the rental was as stated but the bathroom shower door would not close completely, there were dirty measuring cups in the drawers and the deck was dirty and looked like something had been spilled all over ..We had a great time and the above are a few items that we just wanted you to be aware of ..

Superb beach house for family reunion

You cannot beat this location. It was the perfect venue for us to spend time with our adult children. The five bedrooms with five baths combined with perfect access to the beach makes this an ideal rental.

Almost perfect

The house is beautiful and the location is perfect! A little sand was on the floors when we arrived but other than that it was very clean! Doors are a struggle to open/close but we managed. Only 2 tvs worked and the WiFi was hit or miss but we were there to enjoy the beach, not watch tv! The house has everything you need for a nice stay, it even had several baby gates to put up in front of the stairs to keep the littles from taking a tumble! Highly recommend and will definitely book here again!

Best location

It was amazing listening to ocean as we went to sleep and woke up! Nothing better then walking down stairs and be in Destin’s beautiful sand! Could use better kitchen supplies but looking out windows and doors make up for it!

Great Stay

The place is true to pictures. Everything was great. The only complaint was the parking when we arrived as it is very compact for 3 vehicles. Location was great and property management was super helpful.

Exactly what we were looking for

The location and layout were perfect for the team retreat we had planned. We were right on the beach and found everything to be relaxing. The property managers were incredibly responsive and checked in on us regularly. We would consider staying here again; we talked about coming with kids, but there were no tubs, so that was our only concern, although I have a feeling the kids would get through it with a smile.
