And please know that we only provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, etc and should get you through a day or two of your stay. It's not meant for all of your stay. It's an industry standard but not everyone knows that so we try very hard to let our guests know what we provide and we suggest what to bring with you so there aren't any surprises. We certainly would have sent housekeeping back to the home to address the dusty ceiling fans and would have also sent maintenance over to take care of the toilets. We want nothing but the best for our guests! We hope to see you again soon!

We appreciate your feedback as well and will definitely look into the A/C in the master bedroom. Please know that it is absolutely mandatory for our housekeeping to change the beds after every stay whether it looks like they were slept in or not. I will be sending this information to our housekeeping manager though and I assure you it will be addressed. We are always available to our guests should you need anything during your stay. We would have been more than happy to have sent someone to the house to address those issues for you. We want everyone to have an enjoyable stay and we're sorry to hear about those things.
