On the tenth and upper floor, this peaceful 3-room holiday flat with balcony was fully renovated in 2012. It overlooks the whole of Paris (Montmartre, Bastille. Eiffel Tower and so on) .
We are close to the Place de La Bastille in an animated district with many restaurants. The fully fitted kitchen boasts a double-door refrigerator, a washer/dryer, an oven, induction hobs, a microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also large flat screen TVs. Freebox high speed fibre-optic internet connection is available.

Perfect family friendly spot in Paris

Traveling with 2 children to Paris and this was a perfect spot to make our home. Comfortable and clean. Lots of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood including a large grocery next door. The host Jean is very nice and attentive. Would absolutely stay here again

Wonderful apartment in nice neighborhood

We stayed for 4 nights in this apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. Spacious apartment, and comfortable beds. A lot of nice restaurants and shops nearby and conveniently located above a supermarket. To be recommended!

Wonderful

It is a very clean and comfortable apartment in a safe neighborhood. There is easy access to public transportation. The host was great at communicating and even accommodated us when we asked for extra pillows. We enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.

Great Area and Great View

We stayed at this flat for a week and the view from the 10th floor provided a great sunrise, a view of Sacre-Ceour, Place de la Concorde, Notre dame, and the Eiffel Tower. The Metro is very close so you can move through the city quickly, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. There is also a store conveniently next to the complex.

Fabulous all around!

Jean Jacques place is one of the best I have ever stayed in Paris, and I come here every 1-2 years. Very happily situated, spacious, charming and close to some of the 11th arrondisement favorites. Very easy to get around with a metro stop just a few minutes away on foot. The apartment is huge, with plenty of common space in addition to the lovely and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend and I will stay here again!

Apartment in the 12th

The apartment was in a great location. It was next door to a grocery store, a block from a metro stop and close to two other stops. The apartment is on the 10th floor and had a lovely view of Paris. It was perfect for my family.

Great location great spsrtment

I’ve stayed at a number of VRBO properties in Paris. This was the roomiest and had the most light. It’s on the 10th floor with sweeping views of Paris. The neighborhood is filled with bistros and bakeries. This is not a tourist neighborhood which we loved.

Great location, spacious flat.

The apartment is really spacious and easy to stay in. The lounge is big and there’s a fabulous view. The location is great, close to the metro and lots of restaurants nearby, with a supermarket next door. Beds comfortable. The WC is very tight and quite uncomfortable, and I’m not a big person! Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfectly located

This spacious apartment is perfectly located to discover the lively neighbourhood around Bastille and the landmarks of Paris. Fantastic view. Inside the apartment there is everything you need for à City Trip, although the place might lack a bit of cosiness. The owner is uncomplicated.

Huge apartment, quiet location

We slept so well here. A spacious apartment for the 4 of us with a balcony that overlooks Paris. Such a great place to use as a home base in Paris and be away from the city noise. The bathroom closet is small for tall people (my husband is 6'4" and could barely close the door when sitting down) but otherwise we really enjoyed staying here and would again.

A great Paris Apartment

The location of the apartment was great and the size of the apartment was big and had everything we needed. JJ, our host was fantastic and helped us with everything we needed. We put the wheelchair accessible category to the test by bringing a power wheelchair. It fit in the lift which was great. The glass door entries took careful maneuvering. The front door of the apartment also required this. The shower and toilet were tight, but with assistance doable. The kitchen is narrow. We enjoyed our Paris experience

very convenient, lovely flat

A friend and I stayed there for a week. The flat feels spacious, and was so conveniently located, a 10 minute walk to the Opera Bastille and not far from the Cimitiere de Pere Lachaise. It's near a number of metro spots. The area felt very safe, too, and it was nice that we had to go through 2 locked doors to get into the building. I asked if we could get some extra bedding for a friend who stayed on the sofa for a few nights, and also if we could arrive earlier than check in. In both cases, M. Cardineux responded quickly and graciously. As others have noted, that tiny room with the toilet and sink is a bit of a challenge, or would be for anyone large, but other than that, it was a great place to stay, and we would happily return!

Problème de propreté

Nous avons eu un accueil très agréable, et le propriétaire a été très avenant. Il nous a fourni des oreillers supplémentaires. L’appartement est bien situé et spacieux, mais il y a quelques lacunes. Une seule poubelle dans tout l’appartement et des chaises de cuisine bancales, par exemple. Mais le pire problème, c’est le manque flagrant de propreté : traces noires sur les murs et les portes, moisissures dans la douche, hotte de cuisine graisseuse, etc. C’est dommage.

Wohnung mit Top-Aussicht auf Paris (10. Etage)

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Sehr gut ausgestattet, und in guter Lage mit Supermarkt und Bäcker gleich in der Nachbarschaft. Nahe der Metro-Station Faidherbe-Chaligny (M8) und auch noch nahe der Metro-Station Nation. Dort Einstige in die M2 (Teil der Metro-Ringbahn (Metro fährt teilw. oberhalb der Straße und über die Seine). Wohnung ist für familie mit zwei Kindern oder für 4 Erwachsene gut geeignet und ein idealer Startpunkt für Besichtigungen in Paris. monsieur Cardinaux, der Vermieter, kam am ersten Tag noch vorbei und brachte ein Packet mit Kapseln für die Nespresso.Maschine in der Wohnung.

The way to visit Paris!

L'appartement est spacieux, propre et très fonctionnel pour 4 personnes. Nous étions un peu inquiets d'être au 10ème étage mais il y a un (petit) ascenseur et la vue est spectaculaire, d'autant plus qu'il y a un petit balcon pour s'asseoir ! La cuisine permet de cuisiner un minimum, mais vous êtes à Paris, alors essayez de vous procurer toutes sortes de produits et préparez un buffet à la maison si vous préférez manger sur place. Les chambres sont spacieuses et lumineuses, avec des lits confortables. La salle de bain est grande et oui, les toilettes sont séparées et aussi petites que tout le monde les décrit. On peut s’arranger et cela n'aura pas d'impact sur votre expérience. M’enfin, pourquoi êtes-vous venu à Paris ? L'hôte répond immédiatement et il est sympa. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés plus tard que prévu à cause d'un retard de voyage, il nous a beaucoup aidé. Il y a plein de magasins, des boulangeries, des restaurants, des bistrots, etc. dans le quartier. Le bus s'arrête pratiquement devant l'immeuble. Deux stations de métro de lignes différentes se trouvent à 5 minutes à pied. Vous pouvez vous rendre n'importe où rapidement, le quartier est plutôt calme la nuit. C’était une expérience formidable.

Très bel appartement spacieux, très propre avec une très belle vue et calme. L'enregistrement et le départ ont été très faciles. Nous louerions à nouveau l'appartement. L'emplacement est facile d'accès en métro et Uber, mais bien sûr dans le 12ème un peu plus éloigné des grandes attractions touristiques. Nous aimons le Marais, donc l'emplacement était parfait pour nous!

Ideal location and apartment in Paris

Beautiful and open apartment in a great location in Paris. Lots of local places to shop nearby as well as restaurants that were exceptional. The space made me and my friend comfortable for a week in Paris. Jean Jacques was friendly and communicative. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again as it had everything we needed!
