Newly-renovated, Gulf-front living in Seacrest Beach. Stunning views from the main living area and from your master bedroom retreat. Walk right out your back door and down the complex's private boardwalk to the sugary white sands of the Emerald Coast.

As you walk into the open concept living you'll be wowed by the Gulf views. The living area is ready for comfort with a large sectional and oversized chair. Right off the living area is also a coffee bar with Keurig. Makes it easy to grab a cup of coffee in the morning and head out to catch a sunrise on the patio.

The dining area has seating for 6 and there is also more seating outside for dining al fresco. The 1st bedroom is downstairs while the other 2 bedrooms are upstairs along with the washer and dryer.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV. Shared hallway bathroom with shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: Queen bed + Twin daybed. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed, TV and private balcony. Private bathroom with shower.

Blue 9:
Located in the tranquil community of Seacrest Beach, Blue 9 is a small complex that sits right on the Gulf of Mexico. The private beach access directly out your back door offers your family a truly special vacation getaway. This fully private beach is just for Blue 9 and its 9 townhomes and offers so much room for everyone to spread out and enjoy a beach day. You’re still close to great shopping and restaurants, easily accessed by bike or car. The 19-mile bike path that follows all of 30A runs right in front of the property.

Seacrest Beach:
Seacrest is a perfect destination with beautiful white sand beaches, coastal dune lakes, open green spaces, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Located near all your favorite 30A communities like Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Seagrove Beach, you’ll have swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues that are spread out along the Gulf Coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A makes getting around easy - you'll find it right outside your front door.

Your stay at Blue Nine 5 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Great location

Great location, steps away from the beach! It looked like it is slowly being renovated- which is great but there are still several areas that need improvement. The parking is great, the area is very quiet!

Beautiful Townhouse

We loved our stay at this beautiful townhouse! It has been newly updated and looks clean and pretty. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The best part about it was the View from the deck. We loved to sit as much as possible on both decks to enjoy the view and the beautiful sunsets. We will forsure come back and stay here.

The location of the property was wonderful!!!

The property has a million dollar view and it is nicely decorated. Access to the beach is fabulous. You don’t really have to leave the property if you don’t want to! The cons would be the bed on the first floor was not comfortable, the lack of kitchen towels and a potholder. It would be great to have welcome instructions as well. All in all it was a great stay.

Two of the 4 chairs were rusted & broken. We notified management but as with calls to request enough towels for each guest, we had to leave a message that wasn’t timely returned. Wish the office had been fully staffed. Beach was beautiful, though, property was quiet, and we look forward to our next trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blue Nine 5.

The rental process was easy- getting in the door this year was a challenge. The management company wasn’t answering the phone and we had to drive to their office to get help getting into the condo. This delayed our beach time by an hour. The maintenance man was terrific and fixed the problem for us. Overall a fairly positive experience. Last year we had no problems at all.Maybe they were just having an off day.

The location is great- far enough away from the public beaches you actually do feel like you have the whole stretch of crystal clear water to yourself. Bring your own umbrella and chairs. The only downfall to this unit during our stay were the broken patio chairs upon arrival. They were sort of stacked up against a wall leaving the good ones around the table/grill. (Having an electric grill was another bonus) we bought local seafood and sat outside to cook/eat/enjoy the view

The deck and upstairs patio were well kept and nice to sit on and enjoy the ocean view. The property was just as described. The kitchen had a lot of utensils/cooking tools/bar tools. Some storage containers would have been helpful. The bathrooms could use an upgrade but overall the living area and 3 bedrooms were very nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Spectacular View - Clean and Comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Working with Benchmark Management was a good experience. Communication via email and text was encouraged with timely response. The unit was clean and available prior to the promised time. Recently updated, comfortable furniture and all necessary accessories for the kitchen were available. The electric Weber Grill worked better than expected! No issues with A/C, Plumbing, or other mechanical items. We loved the ease of access to the Beach (no gates, no codes, no obstructed views)! All common areas were well maintained. Only areas of concern: 2 of the deck chairs were unusable; sliding glass doors were difficult to operate (an $8 can of WD40 made a HUGE difference). We would certainly stay at this location again.

This pace needs a revamp

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to BlueNine5 for the past two years and there have been zero upgrades. The outdoor grill is a watery working mess and should be thrown away, the dryer only works on one cycle and the dishwasher only works occasionally. The cleanliness of this unit has gotten bad. We arrived with no sheets on the master bed and stained toilets, coffee maker was dirty and laying torn apart in the kitchen, sand on the floors. The balcony had a broken umbrella and toys strewn around and sand everywhere! Never have we seen this unit this bad. It was so dirty we ended up buying sheets to lay down her the couch because it was just nasty. Do better or lower the rates. We continue to stay here because of the wonderful neighbors we have made friends with.

Great Location directly on the beach

Traveled for a "back to school" weekend with my two young daughters and my sister. Since dad wouldn't be coming along to help carry everything I wanted to stay as close to the sand (and the front door) as possible. This unit delivers on both. Parking directly at the front door couldn't have been easier. We were also able to walk straight out the back door and down the deck onto the beach. This being a single level unit surrounded by private homes made the beach super quiet. There were a couple things that were interesting about the property and would give me a touch of hesitation to book again. The first being no way to lock the back door once you went out to the beach. The glass sliding back door could only be locked from the inside. This was a little strange to me, as when you left for the day on the beach you just had to hope nobody wandered into your unit. The second is the arrangement of the back porch. All 9 units share a common back porch. This made it quite loud in the evenings when other people staying there were still up partying well past midnight. It also created a lack of privacy. When we came inside for the evening, we felt like we had to close the curtains so all of the neighbors weren't peering in. I also felt like I was sharing my coffee with all the neighbors every morning. Overall, even though the unit is a little more dated than I have come to expect on 30A, I would recommend it family groups who are traveling together and could book more than one unit.

The deck and upstairs patio were well kept and nice to sit on and enjoy the ocean view. The property was just as described. The kitchen had a lot of utensils/cooking tools/bar tools. Some storage containers would have been helpful. The bathrooms could use an upgrade but overall the living area and 3 bedrooms were very nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The property was clean. Good communication from the management company. Thanks for a fun week away.

Beautiful view + comfortable beds

The location is great- far enough away from the public beaches you actually do feel like you have the whole stretch of crystal clear water to yourself. Bring your own umbrella and chairs. The only downfall to this unit during our stay were the broken patio chairs upon arrival. They were sort of stacked up against a wall leaving the good ones around the table/grill. (Having an electric grill was another bonus) we bought local seafood and sat outside to cook/eat/enjoy the view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Blue Nine for what is probably decades by now. The beach is private and you can always find a large spot on the water. We bring all our food so we don't eat out. The steps down to the water will need a total overhaul soon, but other than that everything is great. These units are not new, but they are well kept. There was no plastic drinkware in this unit (other than 2 sippy cups) - but lots of fancy drink glasses.
