Spacious and excellent location

Lovely apartment, quiet and well-located with lots of charming bars and restaurants nearby. Host excellent - clear instructions for access and amenities, with some lovely recommendations for restaurants and shopping spots. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again or to recommend to friends.

Wonderful place to stay

It was a good location- short walk to many places. Really off the tourist areas although lots of small groups moved through the courtyard, both tours and locals. Fun to hear the people from all over the world under the large living room windows but the bedrooms were very quiet. Rosa was WONDERFUL! We asked for lots of information and suggestions and she graciously helped us.We would recommend this large apartment- but be aware it is up two flights of stairs.

Refreshing Stay. A must if it’s your first time in Venezia

Rosa is a great host! Amazing communicator and very knowledgeable of the area. Asked for recommendations several times and responded in a timely manner. The apartment is few flights up a narrow stairway. No elevator. Typical of most places. The rooms where very comfortable. Full amenities made it very convenient and comfortable. A hot summer demanded a strong AC. This apartment delivered. Only advise is to leave the bedroom doors open to cool them. Seeing that I was with my family it didn’t ruin the stay. I would recommend this place and stay in this place in future visits.

Nice view

The apartment was large and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. There was a great view of the courtyard below. We would definitely return for a longer stay! Marie S

Appartamento perfetto per godersi Venezia

A 10 minuti da piazza San Marco e dal ponte di rialto, un appartamento ben posizionato è molto pulito. La visita l'abbiamo fatta d'estate e l'aria condizionata ci ha protetto dal terribile caldo afoso. Proprietari estremamente gentili e disponibili. una casa da considerare per ogni volta in cui si vuole andare a Venezia godendo si non soltanto la giornata ma anche una serata Fra luci soffuse e penombre delle calle. Consigliato!

appartement trés confortable et central

Appartement trés propre, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour en famille. La situation est centrale : pas loin de San Marco ni des embarcadères pour les iles. Propriétaire sympathique qui donne des adresses de restaurants à proximité.

Prachtig, ruim en schoon

Lieve ontvangst en alles aanwezig wat je maar kunt wensen aan een mooi pleintje in een rustige buurt met heerlijke restaurantjes, een super en bakkertje om de hoek. We gaan absoluut hier weer naar toe bij de volgende Biennale

A great, spacious and central apartment suitable for having people round for food or staying over.

Rosa was very helpful before our arrival and made sure that we had everything we needed. The house was tidy on arrival and (as architecture students) full of interesting things to read. She even helped with some research on the city we were conducting during our time in Venice! Location wise, the flat was central, with Rosa knowing several local restaurants to go and eat at- find the Ricci bar for some Spritz (and karaoke...). There were no loud neighbours. Generally, a really nice stay and I would certainly return. L,M+S
