A villa between wonderful gardens, 5 min walk to the city center

10 minutes walking from the center (500 mt. to Gran Madre, 700 mt. to Vittorio Veneto Square, 1,5 km to Mole Antonelliana, 1,5 km from the station). The first floor of a villa (over 220 square meters) in the most exclusive area of the city. Two wide terraces. Wonderful views of the city, the mountains and of the gardens of liberty houses, from every room. You can park on the street right in front of the house. We can modify the number and the arrangement of beds in any way you like.
PARTIES, DANCES AND MUSIC TOO LOUD ARE FORBIDDEN.
People under 18 years old without their parents are not admitted.
No big groups of very young people.
The owners live in the same building and are available for any need.
An entire floor of a villa in the most exclusive area of the city, at the feet of the hill, but very near to the center. You can see amazing views from every room. From the widest terrace you can admire the famous Villa Scott.
Bedroom are finely furnished and you can look at beautiful green gardens of the surrounding manors from the windows. You can easily park right in front of the house. Three bathrooms and the kitchen have been just renovated, they are completely new!
Hosts have the exclusive access to all the first floor, kitchen and bathrooms included. If you want you can also use the washing machine provided.
Me and my family live upstairs at the second floor and I'm available for any necessity
This neighborhood is by far the most beautiful and exclusive of all the city : it's down the hill, but really close to the center. All the main cultural and artistic attractions are within walking distance or reachable by bus.Right in front of the house you can take the city-sight seeing bus that allows to visit the city. Although it's a residential area, protected by public and private vigilance, you can easily reach cafes, restaurants, shops, gyms and so on. It is possible to do long and enjoyable walks next to Po river and through Valentino garden.
You can easily reach the center in 10/15 minutes of walk. There are busses and you can park down the house.

This property is gorgeous, clean and private. Best rental we have ever stayed in. With gorgeous views of the city, close proximity to shopping and restaurants, and wonderful hospitality I recommend this property to anyone visiting Turin.

Beautiful Villa with fantastic view from the

We travelled as two families, to a wedding at the Gran Madre Church. The large apartment is beautifully situated and has fantastic views of the mountain. It is also very close to Monte Cappuccini, which has amazing view across Turin. It is a 10 minute walk down the hill to Gran Madre, which worked well for us. There are several good restaurants and gelateria locally.The apartment is perfect and Daniele is a very welcoming host. Communicating with him is very easy and he went out of his way to accommodate us and was full of local knowledge. He is a friendly and respectful host and this made our stay, even better.The apartment has several bedrooms and many different options in terms of bed arrangements, We were 2 families with older kids and young adults and partners, so this flexibility worked well.We would highly recommend Daniele’s place.

Perfect stay in a wonderful villa

Myself and 13 friends had a wonderful time in Daniele's villa. The villa was beautiful and full of character - lots of lovely furniture and interesting books. It was very clean and well-looked after, and it felt comfortable and spacious for our large group. We loved having the terrace for eating/drinking or just sitting in the sun. The location was perfect - the villa is on a bit of a hill so you have views out onto the city and can see the mountains on the horizon. The surrounding houses and gardens are beautitul. Ten minutes walk to the river where there are some good bars, and there are a couple of supermarkets nearby too. Then cross the bridge and you're almost in the centre. We didn't take the bus because we chose to walk everywhere but there is a stop nearby. Daniele was so welcoming, truly a wonderful host. He showed us around the villa and gave us all the information we needed about Turin to make our stay great. He was so helpful before and during the trip, when I asked for recommendations for dinner and airport transport. Overall, it was a perfect stay and I would recommend it to anyone. I hope to be back someday soon. Thank you so much Daniele and family.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Wir haben unsere Tage in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung in hervorragender Gegend sehr genossen. Es war alles sehr sauber, die Betten waren gemütlich und es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Daniele ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, immer hilfsbereit für Tipps. Vielen Dank !

Authentieke woning met zeer vriendelijke gastheer

Zeer warme ontvangst door een heel vriendelijke eigenaar. Authentieke 19de eeuwse woning aan de rand van de stad. Zeer net en goed uitgerust.

Perfekt värd

Genom hela vistelsen och även innan har vi haft fin kontakt med vår värd. Han har varit väldigt hjälpsam och tillmötesgående. Boendet hade 3 fina badrum och en extra toalett. Stora fina sovrum. Två stora altaner som användes flitigt når solen gassade. Läget var lugnt med promenadavstånd till centrum och alla sevärdheter. Vi bodde här 7 st vänner under Eurovision.
