We stayed in this unit with our 2 teens for a week in November over USA Thanksgiving. This unit is a 5 min easy walk to High St tube which we used daily. It’s near grocery stores, restaurants, and bakeries. It is a perfect, safe, quiet location. Check in was super easy and the host even allowed us to check in early after we arrived at the airport which was so helpful. We loved the large bathtubs and big bathrooms. We used the laundry machine which was tricky because there were no instructions. It is also very small (compared to US washers!) so don’t plan on doing lots of loads. There are lots of narrow stairs so keep that in mind if stairs are difficult for you. The whole place could use new carpet and a fresh coat of paint, but besides that we had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful property with great location

We stayed at this lovely property for 7 nights with a group of 5 adults and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning units, which was especially helpful during the warmer days, and the host kindly provided extra standing fans for the other areas upon request. They also allowed us to drop off our bags early on check-in day, which we really appreciated.The home is clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a fantastic location. High Street Kensington tube station is just a 5-minute walk away and offers direct access to many of London’s most popular attractions. The neighborhood itself is peaceful yet vibrant, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks within walking distance. We’d love to come back on our next visit to London!

Great place to see access London

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. Location is perfect, quick walk to tube station and bus stops and plenty of restaurants and shops around, yet feels residential. Property managers were easy to deal with and very accommodating. It’s not easy to find this much space in central London, but it had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again when returning with family.

Amazing location & best kitted rental!

We really lucked out this year for our besties-run-away excursion to London! The perfect experience started before we even arrived, the management company was responsive and made things super easy. Check in was a breeze, and with Waitrose/M&S just a block away, we checked in and had the fridge stocked in 30 mins of dropping our bags. We decided to have dinner at the rental that night & this is when we discovered how well kitted this place is - it is wonderful to have more than 4-6 dishes or silverware, and wine glasses, and servingware, and so many pots & pans! We never felt like we had to hand wash dishes (like in previous rentals) just to have enough for breakfast the next day. We could just fill the dishwasher.All the beds are super comfortable, the downstairs ended up being perfect for me as that room is a little cooler and it is great that we both had our own bathrooms. All the bedrooms are big, bright, but cosy. There is ridiculous amounts of storage throughout the house making it easy to unpack your bags, & put them away.The bathrooms are huge, with excellent showers, and lovely heated towel racks which we found were great for hang drying our clothes.The washer & dryer are fantastic, they included some laundry soap if you forgot to get some at M&S or Waitrose, and there is a little drying closet that is warm next to the washer/dryer. The character and decor of the house felt like a home and less like a rental. Best rental & location ever! .

High Street Kensington gem

Three friends meeting in London for a week’s holiday, this apartment was perfect for us. We were comfortably ensconced in a superb location close to high street restaurants and shops. Walking distance to many other places, we enjoyed exploring the shops on portobello road, breathing clean air in Kensington and Hyde parks, etc. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and open dining and living room where we would congregate in the mornings to plan and in the evenings to relax and review the day. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home

This mews offered a perfect place for our stay in London. With three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, and a top floor with a living/dining room and a kitchen (with laundry), our group had plenty of space to relax after a full day of touring London. It's five minutes from the Tube, with nearby grocery stores and several local restaurants. I'd book again for my next stay in London. (There are two flights of stairs, so it may not be ideal for those with toddlers or bad knees.)

Great location!

This was a great place to stay during our trip. The top floor was very hot but we didn't see there was a hidden AC unit until we were packing up. AC in the bedrooms worked great. Short walk to the tube and groceries. Only comment would be that the stairs are steep and it's split between 3 levels so i would not recommend this personally for toddlers, elderly or people who can't carry bags and groceries up. Our 6 year old was careful and was ok.

Wonderful week in London

As family with two children (6 and 8y) the house was the perfect homebase to explore London. Not only the bus and tube-station are nearby but also Cafe Phillis - as perfect breakfast stopp - and Holland Park and Kensington Park are in walking distance. Thank you also for the high flexibility regarding check-in. We could highly recommend this house for families.

LOVED this home!

This was The Perfect Home to stay in for our 2 week stay in London. Perfectly located within walking distance of grocery stores, more restaurants than you could possibly eat in and fun boutiques, this immaculately clean and well equipped home met every single one of our needs. And more. Communication with the property management firm was excellent, clear and helpful. They made the planning of our trip effortless and easy and we knew we could count on them for anything that could arise.

Perfect for our family

This attractive mews house was perfect for our family of 5 for our 8-day stay in London. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room. Several blocks to the Kensington High Tube, several good breakfast spots and a Whole Foods. Walkable to Hyde Park, Notting Hill and more.

London at its best

This Victorian Mews house jus off Hig St, Kensington offered everything 5 adults need to make our stay extremely enjoyable. The facilities and comfort of the Mews style house were only matched by the excellent location that is minutes from the Tube, local bus services, restaurants and supermarkets. The ability to drop our bags off early enabled us to make the most of the day on our arrival. When we return to London we will have no hesitation in trying to stay here again.

Wow - the Mews House

Didn’t really know what to expect other than we had been in the Kensington area a year or so before. The house is in a perfect location in a fabulous district. Easy walk to stores and services and the underground. Since we had a 6 year old we also loved closeness of playground at Kensington park and the much closer Holland Park. The house had everything we needed and the M2 folks were attentive if we had needed help. Perfect London home base for family visit.

Excellent Location and Value

My family stayed at this property over Thanksgiving, 2018. The property is a 3 floor apartment. It looked as presented on this site. The rental agency was easy to work with and arranged for a later check-out on our last day. The flat is very close to the Underground. All of central London is accessible with less than 30 minutes travel. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, including 3 good grocery stores. The kitchen is well stocked with sufficient cookware and dining ware for most conceivable meals. The WiFi reached throughout the property. Because the kitchen and public space is on the top floor and the stairs are somewhat narrow, this might not be a good space for mobility impaired individuals, but for our family it was perfect. Next time we visit London, we will certainly stay here again.

Superb!

The house is looks more beautiful even from the pictures !! All what we need is available and we feel like in our real home. Superb location. The house near from holland park and kensington gardens and high street kensington with its fabulous shops and resturants. The owner Melissa was extremely responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to London.

Living London

This was the perfect location and flat to enjoy London with family or friends. A rare find -3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, kitchen AND washer and dryer. Convenient to tubes, good restaurants, grocery stores and shopping . This is so much better than staying in a hotel, especially when traveling with others.

Property was in excellent shape and clean. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were very well appointed. Shower were awesome, great water pressure. Great location to the tube and grocery stores and shopping, safe location, would stay again. Very attentive to meeting us at terrace when we arrived. Only recommendation: comfortable seating
