Mickaelle is an excellent host who wants guests to enjoy their stay. Lots of welcoming touches like coffee, teas, biscuits, an information guide and local information. Perfect location in the heart of the old town but very quiet inside with a comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

Mickaelle, the host, was outstanding from communicating access information,then meeting and guiding us to our private parking spot. Afterwards she walked us to her beautiful,comfortable and well appointed apartment perfectly located in the old city center. Merci beaucoup Mickaelle!

Perfect, quiet and convenient stay

My husband and I loved our 2 night stay in this cute apartment and wish we could have stayed longer! It was clean, well stocked and peaceful with the beautiful courtyard view, but perfectly located on a busy street close to everything. We loved Annecy and hope to return again to this apartment! This is a pleasant, cosy apartment in the heart of the vieille ville of Annecy reached through a romantic medieval doorway and staircase. It was well furnished and equipped, comfortable and scrupulously clean. The host, Mickaelle, was very helpful and pleasant to deal with and her friend, Emma, provided us with a warm and informative welcome. Lots of nice touches including some kitchen staples and an excellent bottle of local wine in the fridge. There were also masses of local information leaflets and maps. The apartment is well situated for the many nearby restaurants, cafes and tourist sites. It is a short walk from the lake and around 10 mins on foot from the station. But despite being in the heart of things it was very quiet. We loved our stay even though it rained every day for the week. Good base for exploring the country around too. The only caution is that it is up a flight of 57 steps, so would not be good for anyone with mobility issues.

A lovely apartment in an ideal position

This is a perfect apartment right in the middle of the town, yet very quiet. The bedroom looks out onto a lovely garden. As the owner's family often stay in it, it is very well fitted out unlike many holiday apartments. The owner was very friendly and helpful

Perfect location, gracious host

This was the absolute best location. So comfortable and quiet and right in the heart of everything you want to see and do in Annecy. The check in process was so easy and Mickaelle was such a gracious host. Communication was excellent. Check out was just as simple. Absolutely would stay here again if we are lucky enough to return to Annecy.

Great place!!!

Such a lovely apartment with the prettiest garden view. It had everything we needed and more. Perfect for 2. The location was perfect for exploring Annecy. Mickaelle was a great host and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful location , beautiful view

Had a little problem getting into the building due to wrong code but was quickly resolved . The location is the best and also very quiet . Would have preferred a love seat over the recliner chairs .

Location,location, location...

You go to Annecy to see the old town and the lake. This charming apartment is there, no honestly, the old prison you see on every travel show is 100 feet away, the lake front is three minutes. Add in covered parking and a first class, completely modern apartment within a 19th century building, winding staircase, incredible terrace outside living room and bedroom windows...this is is THE PLACE to stay. The owner is so nice and gracious, really went out of her way to assist us during our arrival, oriented us to the area and the apartment - this lovely home will be perfect for your stay, too!

Don’t let the front door fool you!

Perfect location in Vieux Annecy, walk everywhere. The apartment was excellent, well equipped, comfortable bed, and quiet! Mickaelle, met us on time and walked us through everything. Since we were driving private parking was a huge plus. Do beware, there is walking involved in getting to the apartment however, we were able to pull right up to the front door to load our bags to leave, as long as it is before 10 a.m. The front door on the street is nondescript, however once up the circular stairs, of which there are 56, so you must be in shape, the apt is a thrill, perfect for 2. Would definitely recommend and stay again, and recommend.

emplacement idéal

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans un appartement bien équipé, propre avec une vue charmante sur des jardins au pied du château. Et en même temps au coeur de la vieille ville mais sans être gênés par le bruit. Bref une location à recommander d'autant que notre hôte très sympathique était à notre écoute.

Une très bonne expérience. Tout est parfais : un logement idéalement situé, au calme, central dans la ville, chaleureux et fonctionnel avec un parking ce qui est un vrai plus. Un accueil chaleureux avec de gentilles attentions dans l’appartement. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller !!!

C'est parfait !

Un petit cocon dans la vieille ville d'Annecy

Appartement bien situé, propre , tranquille et très bien équipé dans le veil Annecy. L'accueil est chaleureux: la propriétaire prend le temps pour donner des conseils et est disponible en cas de besoin. Une adresse à retenir que je conseille sans réserve. Annecy est une jolie ville très fréquentée l'été. Elle mérite d'etre decouverte hors saison.

Superbe location dans le vieil Annecy

Situé au pied du Chateau d'Annecy, l'appartement de Mickaelle est un petit cocon. Très bien équipé (avec plein de petites attention), situé à l'arrière de la maison dont l'entrée donne dans la rue piétonne (encadrée de glaciers !!), nous sommes au calme . Cette location est idéale pour rayonner dans Annecy; à 300m du lac , pas besoin de voiture qui est garée dans un parking privé d'une résidence. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Peaceful and comfortable 'home from home'

It was a real delight to come back to Mickaelle's property after a day of sight-seeing. It was so calm and everything had been thought of to make it relaxing and cosy. It was a pleasure just to look out onto the garden.

I am married, I have two big children and I like the family life, the art, the gastronomy, the yoga, to travel... It is with pleasure that I shall welcome you at my home if you are careful and respectfull people of places. To begin your stay, I provide you with teas, coffees, herb teas, biscuits, fruit juice and sheets and bathrroom linen.

The apartment is occasionally occupied by the family . The location is idéal to discover Annecy and and its surroundings and you have a private spot to park your car for free.
I do not ask for deposit, but please take care of the apartment as it was yours, and I shall appréciate your honesty during your stay to keep me inform in case of incident.

- Private parking spot covered in 400 m given free of charge (at the top of the perrière coast. It is rather difficult to park in Annecy and to find free spot is almost impossible.
