We have nothing but superlatives regarding our stay at the Pearl in the Palms! Check-in was super easy and Bob was always lightning quick responding to any questions we had.Location was perfect...we were able to bike to the beach, Starbucks, shopping and restaurants. BTW, the two bikes included with this rental were in excellent shape and even had baskets! The villa was extremely clean and very spacious. We believe the Pearl had the best location of all villas at TreeTops.....near to the pool (yet not too close) and had the peaceful fountain in the lagoon behind us. We were impressed with the little touches that gave it a "resort feel" such as the towels being wrapped in a big ribbon the same color as the organza bag containing toiletries. Also we had plenty of towels--which isn't always the case when you're staying a week or longer. To sum it up: we were sad to leave this beautiful place but already looking forward to when we go back. 10/10

We came to celebrate my son’s 6th birthday. It was such a clean place, located so quickly near everyone and bob was so quick to answer any questions and even made sure we made it home safely. Will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful little spot

We had a great time. The Pearl in the Palms was very nice and had a great view. We also enjoyed being close to the pool.

I didn't research the area well enough

Directions to the unit were tough as we arrived later than we expected due to weather. Everything is complex in dark, rainy weather. GPS is not reliable in this location. The accommodations were excellent. This is a clean unit. Additional improvements could be made.

Excellent

This was our first time on HIlton Head. . I don't think the pictures do this place justice, it was so much more than what we expected. This unit is even better than described. Location is perfect for beach or restaurants or anything else you want to do in Hilton Head. It is also conveniently located between two pools on property. They have 2 bikes and 2 beach chairs available for you to take to the beach. If you need more bikes it's an easy call to one of the bike rental places. We saw an alligator and turtles while on property. The unit itself is very modern and clean.The only suggestion I have is to re-think the plastic covers over the mattresses as they make the beds feel pretty stiff, but this was a minor detail. We had some issues with the lock at first but once we got the hang of it it was fine. The owner was pretty responsive on text when I had questions about the bike rentals and was great with supplying information on the best path to take to get to the beach. You can tell they really care about their unit and want to make sure their guests have everything they need. We hope to be back again.

Perfect Getaway

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and hopefully not the last. This villa was perfect for our family of 6. It’s so close to everything. The bikes were great for my teens and husband. Our 4 year old loved Celebration Park which was so close to the beach and some awesome dining! The pools on the property were great to relax in at the end of the busy days! The owner is so great he was in contact to make sure the property met our expectations and that we were having a good time.

This is a lovely home and we enjoyed our trip. Owner was great, easily accessible, and sent the property information well in advance. The condo and facilities in complex were well kept. The master bed is extremely hard/firm which was difficult for us. The surrounding area of Coligny Park and Beach access is the hub with many shops and restaurants and is also where the beach parking is. It is @ a mile from the condo. There is a slightly closer one which requires biking or walking, as very minimal parking.

Great Stay!

Great location only a few minutes away from Coligny Beach. Clean and comfortable. Well-stocked with extra amenities including bikes, beach chairs, washer & dryer, etc. There was plenty of space for our family of four and we appreciated how the hosts checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Pearl in the Palms Review

This is by far the best VRBO rental and hosts that we have ever had. Bob and Pat are so attentive and provide great information and are quick to respond to questions. The condo is clean and tidy and has everything that you could possibly need The location is close to restaurants and the beach. The bikes and beach chairs that they provide are a real bonus. Would HIGHLY recommend this rental.

So much space

Very nice place with more space than you could need. Convenient location but also very quite. Enjoyed everything about it. I didn't know if i would need the bikes but it was so nice to have them. They got used every day.

First time HH visitor

It was my first time in HH and this place did not disappoint. Owner checked in a couple of times making sure everything was going well. The fountain in the backyard was lovely - hearing it at night was relaxing. This place was clean, in a great location, calm, so cozy…it felt like home.

Great Location

We loved our stay in this condo. The condo is in the middle of the complex, but it is great because it is right on the lagoon with the water fountain, and you hear the calming water from anywhere in the condo. It has a beautiful view, unlike some of the other condos that overlooked the parking lot, this one has one of the best views in the entire complex. The place was very clean and has a fully equipped kitchen, and the condo was very spacious. For us, it was important to have the air conditioning working properly, and we never had a problem with it. Our daughter also loved her bedroom, and it became her favorite room in the whole place. We also appreciate Bob's responsiveness for anything that came up during our stay and any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone.

Pearl in the Palms

Pearl in the palms was great! We had everything we needed and more from beach chairs and an umbrella to bicycles. The condo itself is tucked away in the palm trees and oak trees which makes it quite and cozy! The walk to the beach took about 10 minutes but was an easy walk. Great place to stay!!

Plenty of room

I was so very impressed with Bob and Pat's property. It was easily accessible to the beach, very quiet, clean as a whistle and certainly vacation-friendly. An added note is I appreciated that everything was in working order and the appliances worked perfectly. Additionally, having access to bikes was an asset. There are so many excellent bike paths on the island that providing bikes as a bonus to the living quarters sure was nice. Thanks, Bob and Pat, 5 stars across the board! John and Jane

Family Getaway

This property was absolutely wonderful! We were going to be hosting Thanksgiving dinner for some extended family, so we needed a place to comfortably accommodate 8 people. This place was perfect! We had plenty of room around the table, and plenty of room to sit in the living room! The condo was beautifully decorated, and very well equipped! The bedrooms were great, and the beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful and relaxing time! Bob and Pat were very great hosts, and stayed in contact to make sure our stay was perfect! We would definitely stay here again! It was EXACTLY what we needed!!!
