Perfect for Spring Break

The location is great, the heated pool and hot tub were nice, the garbage disposal was clogged and someone came right away and fixed it. Great place for Spring Break!

no toilet paper in bathroom - confusing check-in with lock box-door on outside & inside filthy - sand all over deck- had to sweep it off. needed a few coats of paint

ON the beach!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay in PCB and at this condo! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The best part was the beach! To get there, we rode the elevator down then walked across the pool and Ta-Da! the beach! Everything was easy and relaxing. I do want to note that the beds cheap, hard, and springy and I would suggest the owner hang curtains in the second bedroom. Everything else was Perfect!

The room and location were very nice. Some of the furniture and appliances were a bit worn and in some instances need to be replaced. Would have been nice if living room ceiling fan worked and if there had been chase lounges on the patio. Overall, very nice property.

Place was clean and spacious. Large patio and like the two bedrooms. Should have more amenities like room darkening curtains, bath mats, better frying pans and chaise lounger on patio.

Ocean Villa

Great room. Exactly as described. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for use in late March when the weather is not so hot. The balcony was where we spent most of our time, beautiful view. The carefree check in and out allows you to enter/leave at your convenience. We definitely would stay here again. We were very happy with security presence.

Nice place

This was a very nice place. Had all the things we needed in the kitchen. We did have trouble with one of the ceiling fans in the living room area the switch was broken. They said they had one ordered if it had not come in yet other than that it was nice place very clean we really enjoyed our stay I would recommend it

View is incredible!!

The condo was in a perfect location close to everything. The balcony and the views are breath taking. The condo was clean yet needs an update. You can tell it is lived in and needs a fresh coat of paint, repair holes in the walls from missing towels racks, and make sure necessary updates to living room furniture, and kitchen appliances. We called maintenance and they responded almost immediately and came the next day. I was impressed with the response time.

Good stay.

Overall was clean and had adequate amenities. There was some rust to the chairs and metals in the bathrooms. Other than that it was a really good stay. Pictures are accurate and very spacious.

Great views and relaxing stay!!

We had a great week at the beach! Wonder views, great restaurants just steps away. We arrived to a freshly cleaned condo. We didn’t have any issues with the condo. It was a little worn but more of a lived in feel but clean. This was our second stay here and we’ll come again. If I had any complaints it would be with some of the people renting the chairs/ umbrellas in front of the ocean Villas. Unfortunately, some were very rude when their chairs were set up behind family’s personal chairs. But besides that, wonderful relaxing time ( definitely needed for two nurses and a retired firefighter 😊).

Great location and view

This condo was in a great area and had a wonderful view. Very quiet and never had any issues with the elevator. It did need some upgrades but a nice place for the price.

Fantastic place. Beautiful view

We had stayed at the apartment for 5 days and me and my kids loved the place so much. It was an amazing location, beautiful view, close to all of the local activities. We would love to come back next year again for spring break

Great views, great location

Layout of condo was awesome, balcony was great views, could see sunrise while laying in bed, see dolphins from balcony and even a manatee. Could see sunsets too. Could use a little more detail to cleaning as I took care of a some ceiling dust bunnies and few other details (May have been able to call for house cleaning but I took care of in little bit). Communication Was missed at first with an important email going to spam, a lady from company took care of resending accompanied with a phone call. Also Informational notebook could use some info on property features, locations, etc. Elevators were fast. Beach is great. White sands. Could see small fish while snorkeling. Pool and hot tub clean and good. Location was close to serval good restaurants

Ocean Villa

Floor still had sand, bathrooms had mold, dishwasher had mold, walls were scuffed, umbrella in closet was ripped apart, hair dryer didn't work, safe didn't work, wifi stopped working the next to last day, bathtub was stopped up. Not enough blankets to use the couch. Appeared to have some feces on one cabinet by toilet paper. Overall not well maintained.

The place is out of dated.

I have to keep up with a key for the door instead a keypad door lock. The T. V. Is older than my parents TV. Lol. The T.V. Remote control doesn’t have the battery cover on the back. All of them. The AC vent is red instead of white color.
