BEAUTIFUL VIEWS

STUNNING VIEWS FROM 2 BALCONIES. POOL AND GROUNDS AREA, IMMACULATE. FACILITIES, KITCHEN ETC VERY GOOD. UNFORTUNATELY WE EXPERIENCED BITES PROBABLY FROM ANTS ON MATRESSES IN BOTH BEDROOMS. LOCAL BEACH, BARS RESTAURANTS, AND SHOPS ARE VERY GOOD

Dear Mr Roberts, Thank you for taking a few minutes to share your experience in our accommodation. We regret that your stay, although positive, wasn't completely satisfactory. We will check the problem with the ants and I will assure you that it will be completely solved. A pity that you didn't inform us before so we can act immediately. Best regards, Raúl Altamirano Reservations Manager

Wonderful seaview!

The apartment was according to description and with a wondeful sea view. The garden and the pool area was very nice and also well kept. In general the apartment had everything that was needed for a good vacation even though a bit worn. The place felt very wll cleaned in general. When we arrived one of the sofas was not cleaned, but when we called the agency they fixed this immediately. Salou was a bit totouristic for us, but center of Tarragona was really nice. Overall it was a very nice stay!

Casas Blancas apartment

Very nice apartment. Very quite are wich we like. A fantastic view from the balcony. Cleaning, it was dirty on the fluor. The toilet was leaking water. The cleaning of the floor. It would have been nice if there was some kind of information about the apartment and tourist information about the surrounding area. Like things to see and how to get to places nearby. Dear Margaretha, Thank you for your review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the apartment and its peaceful surroundings, as well as the fantastic view from the balcony. We apologize for any cleanliness issues you encountered during your stay. Your feedback is valuable, and we will address these concerns with our cleaning team to ensure a higher standard in the future. We understand the importance of providing information about the apartment and the surrounding area to enhance our guests' experience. We already have a section about this on our website and we will work on providing better guidance and tourist information for future guests. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for an improved stay. Thank you for staying with us!
