Great location!

Great location, great condo with easy beach access. Balcony had ocean view. Just be sure to bring coffee filters, coffee, extra trash bags and depending on how many people you have, extra toilet paper. Having a toddler with us, the outlets were an issue for us, but can’t expect them to be prepared. We should have thought about that and brought our own. We would definitely go back again. We loved it.

Wonderful Beachfront Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed a nice spring break getaway at Holiday Surf! Perfect beach view and steps to the beach, pool, and tennis courts. Very clean unit and nicely decorated. Really liked the free beach chair and umbrella rental. Pool was always crowded and tennis courts were always occupied but it was spring break weekend. Overall, a wonderful stay and perfect for families with kids.

Review for Unit 204

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Holiday Surf & Raquet Club. We have stayed in several condos over the years. Unit 204 was probably the nicest that we have had so far. Only two things I would recommend is while the unit was clean, it would be nice the units were deep cleaned once in a while. Also, it would be great if the renters had access to a broom or swiffer to keep the dirt and sand that accumulates at bay. Also, better quality toilet paper and paper towels would be nice. We look forward to returning as soon as possible.
VrboOwnerからの返信 (投稿日 : 2023 年 7 月 1 日)
Gerald, Thank you for once again choosing Holiday Surf & Racquet Club. We appreciate the feedback that you have given us. All guests should have access to a broom and mop and if for some reason it's not found in the unit the front desk should be contacted for immediate assistance. Holiday Surf & Racquet Club does perform deep cleanings at the end of each peak season when things start to slow down but if a guest ever has a cleaning issue our onsite housekeeping staff will come and resolve any issues. based on your suggestion for a better quality of paper products we have sent that request to management to ensure that your recommendation is heard. You are a valued guest and it's a pleasure hosting you. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Holiday Surf & Racquet Club Guest Services Team

Perfect stay

This property is right on the beach and also close to board walk(short driving distance) Gated hotel is a plus. Has target and other close proximity restaurant or fast food. Loved the 2 chair and umbrella included in your room stay. The room is exactly as pictured and was perfect for what my family needed. This was our second stay and we will be back next year!

One of the best places I’ve stayed!

We came down to Destin for my bachelorette trip and we were not disappointed by the room. The listing is very accurate and the room was in a convenient place and it overall exceeded my expectations. I will say that the listing does say it sleeps 7 and that is with the pull out couch. My friends that slept on the pull out couch said it was pretty uncomfortable even for a pull out couch. However other than that, the place was spacious and we enjoyed it! I would definitely book this room again.

Location is great, beds are awful!

We stay at Holiday Surf & Racquet Club yearly but this is our first time in this condo. The bed situation was terrible. While they say it sleeps 7 with the pull out sofa, it is not fit for a dog. The sofa mattress was so thin you could feel the springs and bars of the sofa. And there were not adequate blankets so we had to go purchase some at a store. Otherwise the location was great and the beach was awesome!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been visiting Holiday Surf for over 40 years. Look forward to our visit each year. Only issue is the way they have changed the beach chair process. Need to make it an easier experience for families and groups of families. Previous process was much easier then the current way it is done. Otherwise everything else was great and we look forward to returning.
