The location and view of the ocean were excellent. The bedding was a little strange, beds themselves very comfortable. Sofa quite worn and pots and pans need replacing. Master shower needs cleaning attention.The checkout process is very easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully decorated condo with comfy beds and a great view!!

We had the best time on our family vacation! The condo was clean and so beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable. We had an issue with the shower and they were right on it and fixed it right away! Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!

We will definitely be back!

The condo was amazing, it was just as pictured and even better. It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. I do wish the master had a fan, as I'm a hot sleeper. Everything was great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return.

Excellent Property & Memorable Stay

Better than expected! Our first visit to Destin surpassed our expectations starting with our rental of this condo. Every detail in this condo was as pictured and accurately described, however the pictures don’t do it justice for every single meticulous detail taken into account to make this condo the perfect stay on the beach. Check-in and check-out were both very easy, there was always plenty of parking, and there are plenty of amenities in this building to make a vacation comfortable for the whole family. It’s just steps from room to the beautiful beach. We absolutely plan to be back and hope to book this very same room again in the future!

Loved the view it was awesome to get up early and have breakfast on the balcony and watch the dolphins and ships roll out. Would definitely stay here again the staff was so friendly and nice,also loved that the condo wasnt on located on a busy road also really close to grocery store and restaurants! It really ended up being completely our style. With the large kitchen table, the kids played cards. The balcony was amazing for coffee in the mornings, watching dolphins swim off shore. The chair service was also a HUGE benefit. Everything about our stay was perfect. Our kids are already planning next years trip back! Not kidding!

The surrounding area is beautiful and the gated entrance makes the property feel safe. My highest priority when looking for a vacation rental is cleanliness and this was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in!! We also loved the updated renovation and decor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook during our stay. The appliances looked brand new. The whole condo was family friendly. The balcony overlooked the ocean and was spacious. The beach chair service, pool and tennis/pickle ball were all fun bonuses to the property. It’s also located in central location to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We’ve told our family and friends about Holiday Surf and Racquet Club and we look forward to visiting again!

Generally speaking the property checked all the boxes in a better than average performance! Was it elite -no. Were we disappointed with anything to do with the property - no. We do prefer something a little closer (short walking distance) to activities, restaurants, etc etc and this property misses that mark if that is important to you but we accepted and understood that when making the reservation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week in condo 321! This condo is tastefully decorated and updated with comfortable bedding and adorable decor. The view is perfect and the patio furniture is comfortable for sitting out and enjoying your morning coffee and watching the waves. Thank you for a great week! We will be back!!!
