The hosts were very accommodating and communication was great throughout. The location was awesome, super walkable to all that old town Nice has to offer. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Brigitte. It was close to shopping, restaurants and the tram. The apartment was clean, bright and spacious for the two of us. I did like have a washing machine in the apartment. The king size bed is nice but not quite as plush as I have found in the US. The kitchen has a good assortment of kitchen needs but no salt or pepper.

Just a fabulous little gem

Everything we could want as our home from home for a week. Great location in the Old Town for just about everything. Remarkably quiet too. Easy access for shops, bars, restaurants and public transport. Thoughtful touches with up to date guide books of the area, board games, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee machine plus a bottle of fizz for our arrival. Lots of storage too. Would definitely stay here again if we visited Nice

Great location in Old Town

The apartment is very clean and well appointed! We enjoyed the location in Old Town. The entry is a little rough with no hallway lights up the multiple flights of steps, leaving the entry a very dark. I’m sure the owner can easily fix this!

Totally Charming Apartment

We absolutely loved the apartment. It was spacious, sunny, and comfortable. We were, however, disappointed with the management company, Stay Y N A, Your Nice Apartment, which charged a “concierge fee” equivalent to 80 euros a night for our stay, for items that are usually provided for free - having someone meet us with the keys, provide meager linen and other amenities, and a bag of perhaps 20 euros worth of coffee, wine a breadsticks. Despite that, the apartment really is charming, and well situated in the Old Town, close to good food shopping, markets, and the Promenade.

Hi Jennifer Thank you for your review The concierge fee is included in your total and not charged additionally. Our concierge fee. One of our local experts will meet you at the home or a choice of locations near by, take you to the home to hand over your keys and answer any questions on the apartment and local area you may have. The same manager will be on emergency 24hr call should you encounter any serious issues during your stay. We leave you a great welcome basket of goodies and bottle of wine. You will enjoy the finest high quality linen, fresh fluffy towels and toiletries along with our hotel standard cleaning! It is this service that makes us the NO.1 rental agency in Nice and our service that keeps our customers coming back to stay with YNA again and again! We look forward to meeting you and are sure you will enjoy your stay with YNA.

Excellent location in Vieux Ville Nice and a spacious apartment. Good communication with the host agency and they even facilitated an earlier check-in. We enjoyed our two weeks there.

Faith greeted us at our arrival and answered so many questions. She sent me map links to local places. We were relieved to have a washer after traveling a week before we arrived in Nice. The area was safe and close to everything you would need. It was a heat wave so hot walking up 3 flights but the bedroom and living area each had a spilt AC unit which worked well. It was a great apartment we would rent again. The bed was listed as a king, which is why I chose it, but it was not a king. Other than that, absolutely lovely in every way!
