This is a real gem! A beautiful apartment in the heart of old town, it’s very spacious, modern and clean. Also Valery was a fantastic host, very friendly and responsive! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in a great location in Nice.

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. Perfect location for enjoying old town and the beach! Well appointed kitchen. The balcony is excellent. People stay up LATE partying and you can hear it. Be prepared if you’re a light sleeper… Highly recommend this beautiful place.

This property is in an excellent area, central to everything. Walk out the door, restaurants available and convenient for everything.Apartment was clean and had everything we needed, host was easy to get ahold of.

Spacious and stylish 3-room apartment, with great location in the middle of the old town i Nice. Only the double bed was prepared for our family of four, and the couches in the living room provided medium comfort. The sheets on the bed in the master bedroom was stained, so we had to change them. Otherwise an excellent stay in a very nice apartment.

Truly a wonderful little gem in Old Town Nice with a stunning Cathedral and Plaza view. This apartment could not have been a better introduction to the idyllic life and pace of Nice. There are tons of food, options and coffee shops nearby. Since the apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, and a grocery store around the corner, we were able to make a wonderful breakfasts for the family each day. The host is very courteous, polite, and helpful. The rooms (both the living room and bedroom) were very spacious, and the second full bathrooms was an added bonus for the family. Be prepared for two things (that actually added to our adventure), but some people might find it difficult to manage: first - the taxis or Ubers drop you on the edge of old town and it is a five minute walk to the property via gorgeous cobblestone streets, second - the apartment is three floors up and does not have an elevator. So travel light, have a good suitcase and enjoy the journey since it is all worth the view and location of this amazing property.

Great location in old town

Stayed for 3 nights with my young adult children and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. The central location, view from balcony, air conditioning and 2 separate bathrooms with showers were perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment in a great location. Walkable to all the main sights. Great view of the square. A little bit of noise from the square but nothing that disturbed. Communal entrance to the apartment could do with a refresh but it is an old building and the actual apartment was beautifully decorated with pretty much everything you could need (some clothes storage in the bedroom would be my only suggestion). Would recommend.

Great location in the old city. Very handy walking to restaurants etc. Has a washing machine which was handy but you need to take them to the nearby laundry to dry them. Double glazing cut out all of the street noise.

Love the view!

My daughter and I stayed here and absolutely loved the balcony and people watching each day. The apartment was spacious and clean and Val was a super responsive host. One thing to note, as others have mentioned, with the incredible location comes some restrictions - as you have to walk a bit to get a taxi.

First time in Nice

My husband and I loved our time in Nice. The property was an excellent location for restaurants and day trips. We enjoyed taking the tram to the train station and walking around old town. The night life was a bit loud each evening when we were ready to turn in however we loved sitting on the balcony to drink wine and people watch before heading out to dinner. Now off to St Remy!

Excellent location and great host

The location is unbeatable, the property is very cozy and the host is excellent. Their communication is very fast and reliable. The only issue we had was that the internet connection was slow, but we worked around it by purchasing a mobile data SIM card.

Perfect stay

Place and location couldn’t be better. For our family and our 11 nights stay, the apartment was excellent. Kitchen is big, has everything you need, two bathrooms, good size bed and very comfortable. Thank you Val. Val was very helpful every step of the way. From here is very easy to get acces to tram or bus. I sincerely recommend.

We loved our stay in Nice! It was a quick one, but Val had some excellent suggestions for things to do and places to eat/drink. The apartment was so charming and clean! We would definitely stay here again!
