Welcome to this country house located on the outskirts of Sencelles. It has capacity for up to 6 people.
The garden surrounded by the lawn invites to enjoy peace. Two porches completely furnished invite to celebrate the evening with your family, maybe cooking a delicious barbecue? The little ones can play at the playground in the meantime. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The property is distributed in two buildings of a single plant each. In the main house there are three bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, both with shower, one of them en suite.

For our younger guests we will prepare a cot and a highchair. In the cozy living room you can watch satellite TV or just relax on a comfortable sofa. The kitchen, with ceramic stove, is independent and has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. The dining room is in the same area. Six electric radiators complete the equipment.

In the second building, there is a kitchen with gas stove and a bathroom with shower. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are available.

The house is located in the countryside but at the same time only a few minutes walk from the village of Sencelles, a charming village in the center of the island. There is a small supermarket, a bank, restaurants and everything you may need for your stay. The car is necessary to get to the beach and to move around the island. We recommend you to visit a "celler", typical Mallorcan restaurants with local food. Wednesdays take place the weekly market in Sineu, the most traditional of the island., with its market stalls, full of fruits, vegetables, clothing, crafts and jewelry.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
