This 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment is on the very popular urbanization Las Violetas which is situated just a 2 minute walk to local bars and a restaurant, or you can walk to Villamartin Plaza which is just a 4 minute stroll from the apartment.

The front terrace will give you the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast watching the sun rise should you be up early enough,below this terrace you will find another patio giving you extra space to enjoy the sun shine. The main entrance leads into the lounge where you will find a dining area and sofa with free wi-fi, English TV, DVD Player and air conditioning throughout. Should the weather not be good or you just want to chill this is the perfect place to do it.

The kitchen is open plan and is equipped with oven/hob, Microwave, washing machine and a fitted kitchen, you will find all of the utensils you need should you wish to dine in on your holiday, there is also a Dolce Gusto pod coffee machine for you to use.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, you will find a double bed, air conditioning and a fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The property also has a family bathroom

A 7 minute drive and you will be at one of the many blue flag beaches in the area, most of the beaches have beach bars with sun loungers and parasols should you want to spend the day at the beach. Many of the beaches now offer live entertainment throughout peak season. The beaches come in all shapes and sizes so you will be sure to find one that suits you.

This area is surrounded by beautiful golf courses, the closest is Villamartin which is about a 5 minute walk from the property. A short drive away you will find Las Ramblas, Las Colinas Campoamor and many more golf courses should you want to go further afield. All of the golf courses can be booked prior to your visit should you want to ensure you get the course and the time to suit you.

The Valencian region has introduced a new law where property rentals in this region are no longer allowed to rent out for more than 10 days, if you book for longer you will not be protected as the rental will not be legal.

Fees & Services
€70 is payable on arrival for clean and laundry.
A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm. €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.
Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made.
Nursery hire available, travel cot & high chair, €15 each must be pre-booked

Villamartin stay

Overall very nice apartment suited our purpose, only issue we had was the aircon unit in the lounge wasn't working and couldn't be fixed during our stay.

Top verblijf!

Zeer aangenaam verblijf. Alles is voorhande en mensen doen hun best om het verblijf zo goed mogelijk te laten verlopen. Van hieruit kan je de Costa Blanca goed verkennen. Enig minpuntje is het bed. Matras is aan vernieuwing toe. Tot volgende keer!

Lovely holiday apartment

Really enjoyed our stay here despite the weather.... The place was perfectly placed not far from the pool and within walking distance to the restaurants and bars in the Plaza.

Short family holiday

Smoove checking in process,property in excellent position just a short walk from the Plaza where bars and restaurants are plentiful would definitely recommend this property and would quite happily stay here again.

Villa Martin

Kevin and Sharon were very helpful. Apartment was as described and well placed. The double bed mattress could do with being changed out as it sank in the middle a bit. The front area could do with a tidy up but on saying this Kevin mentioned that himself and was going to start the day we left. I've no doubt come high season villa martin will be very busy but in May it was just a bit too quiet for us. The beaches are quite a distance away and you need transport. You can't rely on busses being on time and taxis are difficult to find. All in all we enjoyed and hope to go back in the near future.

Sharon was a pleasure to deal with. Other than flight issues beyond anyone's control, the pickup at the airport & meeting at the suite went perfectly. The condo was the perfect size for the 4 of us. Air conditioned suite had everything we needed. Nice and quiet at night. I personally had trouble sleeping on the bed, mattress felt like it had a dip in it, but my husband slept fine. Kids enjoyed the communal pool. Did not realize how far away from the beach and shopping centre were so had to rely on rides. Bus system not reliable. Rides in and out of town roughly 40 euros. Our driver Joe Miller was fantastic! Very knowledgable and accommodating. If you're looking for Spanish culture there is none to be found here! Very British influence, but everyone in complex was friendly. Plaza was walking distance and was busy every evening with entertainment. Thanks again for a most pleasant stay!

Lovely apartment!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this lovely apartment, it was clean and tidy, We had everything we needed, great location just a few minuets walk to the villamartin plaza, and large communal pool. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great Holiday!

Lovely apartment great location what's not to liove

Apartment is in a very good location for villa martin square close enough but not right in top of things The owner was lovely and really helpful when we first arrived she really made us welcome Loved the apartment will return soon.
