There was a dead cockroach at bottom of stairs and one got into a pack of cookies, but the host was very responsive. The location was terrific! Stairs a little challenging. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

Thank you for the feedback. We’re very sorry about the cockroach and that one got into the cookies — that shouldn’t have happened. Our team arranged a pest-control visit, replaced the snacks with sealed items, and increased cleaning checks around the stairs. We’ll also review stair lighting and signage to help with navigation. Glad the location worked well and that you had a wonderful stay. - The Lucky Team

We loved staying in this Carrigage home. It was within walking distance to downtown Savannah in a quiet neighborhood. Accomodations were as advertised, bed was very comfy and AC worked great. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was in a great location, we were able to walk to lots of restaurants and entertainment areas. The management was extremely responsive to a couple issues that arose for us and immediately remedied the issues. This house is cozy, but quite small, it would be perfect for a couple, but it was pretty tight for our family of four. It generally felt like it could have been cleaner/better maintained.

Cute cottage

We visited Savannah for a tournament my husband coached in and this apartment was so cute! Stocked with everything we needed, clean, and central to many places in Savannah.

Lovely Hideaway in Gorgeous Savannah

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a wonderful place to stay in Savannah. The carriage house is two rooms - the lower is a living room and a kitchen and then you climb the spiral staircase and just above is a bedroom/bathroom and a balcony! Comfortable, great location, such cute decorations, excellent bed, lovely.

Climb those stairs

Quaint place to stay. Stairs to the bedroom/bathroom left a little to be desired. Good location. Nice neighborhood. Close to a good dog park.

Perfect little place!!

After a mix up in finding it, it was all good! There were just two of us and it was perfect. We were able to park and never have to move the car. Location was key, walkable to everything, and we’d definitely stay again!

Pretty Good

Aside from not being able to find any trash bags and only being given 3 towels for two people staying 3 days, it was good. Very small place and have to go up and down the stairs a bunch, but overall a nice stay. The neighbors are all really kind and the location is pretty good too.

Charming

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Girls trip. I had planned to sleep on the sofa bed downstairs and let my friend have the bed and bathroom upstairs due to her back issues, but when we arrived, the spiral staircase was a bit more narrow than pictures depicted. I ended up staying upstairs with my friend. We are in our 60's but in good shape. Woukd not recommend for anyone who cannot navigate steep, narrow stairs as the only bathroom is upstairs. The bathroom knobs started to come off and I immediately messaged the management who had maintenance take care of it within a couple hours.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We’re glad you enjoyed your girls trip overall and that our maintenance team was able to respond quickly when you reached out about the bathroom knobs. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the spiral staircase and layout. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused and understand how important accessibility details are when planning a stay, especially with limited bathroom access on a single level. We will review the listing to ensure the staircase and layout are described as clearly as possible for future guests. We’re happy you still had a good stay and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in a better-suited property. The Lucky Team

The house is definitely a little spooky which my boyfriend and I loved. We also loved how it had everything we needed. Even a wine bottle opener! We celebrated our anniversary here and could not ask for a better experience. The shops are within walking distance and it’s a quiet community. It’s also only 3 hours from Gainesville! Definitely coming back.

気になった点 : ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The house was smaller than we felt was depicted in the photos and had no central heat, so we had to turn heaters on until the fuse blew. The very narrow spiral stairs are hard to navigate and have a very flimsy hand rail.As a unsettling punctuation mark to our stay, we heard what was either a raccoon or large-size critter scurrying around above us in what was either the attic or on the roof.

Loved it!

Absolutely loved this cute and cozy carriage house. It was the perfect balance of antique and modern. It is on the lane behind the main neighborhood road (which really is considered one of the most beautiful streets in the country). Locked gate entrance from the lane into cute (small and private) courtyards backed up together. Felt very comfortable coming and going and walking to and from River St. I would not walk around at night unless in a group or near a touristy area. Loved my trip and would definetly stay here again!!!
