    Estadía de dos meses

    El departamento tiene todas las comodidades para una estadía larga, el edificio es tranquilo a toda hora, y la ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo! Y con paradas de metro y bus para llegar a puntos de interés de la ciudad y también al aeropuerto. Gracias María y Sushila por estar pendientes y hacer que nuestra estadía fuera tan buena!

    Cosy apartment in a good location

    This apartment was quite cosy, with all the necessary amenities and perfectly located within walking distance from all the sites of central Barcelona, five minutes from Plaça Catalunya metro station and the supermarket Carrefour. Although the apartment got a little stuffy during a summer afternoon, María was very happy to organise a fan for us to use, and the high ceilings and large door to the balcony allowed for plenty of airflow. María was great too - always a phone call away and happy to help and give advice regarding anything, not only to do with the flat, but also to do with getting by in the city. I will definitely be contacting María again should I wish to stay in Barcelona in the future.

    Very pleased with the apartment!

    Me and 3 friends stayed five nights in the apartment and we were very pleased, it was equipped with all necessary things, it was clean and quiet. The location is very good, in the city center, close to everything and with several hits. It was a good time and we are satisfied with your service and friendliness. I give a 5 to all. In the next trip to Barcelona I will certainly return. Thank you for everything!

    So nice and quiet

    My husband and I spent 12 wonderful days in this nice, sunny and clean apartment. Very well located in the old center of Barcelona, on the Ramblas but very quiet. We cooked a lot and nothing missed with ustensils. and Not far from the beach, close to subway and market, restaurants... Special thanks to Maria, very helpful and so nice. Coming back to Barcelona we'll surely try to get this apartment.

    SIX STARS! my daughter and I (from Munich) lived for four days in this great, small flat. we say dearly THANKS to happy and nice Maria who has received us so warmly in the middle of the night and to your family. the reservation was absolutely uncomplicated. the flat is very clean, furnished very nicely and in absolute dream situation. The nice Gothic quarter is same "towards", the U road and the Rambla to the dawdling immediately before the front door. four stations by the underground to the beach! just fantastically. but best of all we have liked the lift in the house. nicely antique with glass double doors and grid doors. really fantastically. dear Maria, we have felt very well and we come again with pleasure. Marion and Anika.

    Fantastic location

    My wife and I have rented apartments six times in Barcelona and this apartment was probably the best location of any. On the Ramblas, the "happening place". A block from Placa Catalunya. Two blocks from the big market. You have to make sure that any apartment has an elevator and this one does. A shower and tub. The apartment, while not real big was very acceptable and very clean. On the Ramblas but no noise. Towels were the very best that we have ever been given. Even tho we did not do any cooking, the apartment was very well furnished with utensils. The management staff, namely Maria, was a delight to work with. No problems but we knew that Maria was just a phone call away. When we return to Barcelona, we will certainly attempt to get this apartment again. By the way, we are in our 70's, with a lot of traveling experience and we have learned what to look for in an apartment. Also, much cheaper than a hotel and much more room.

    Quiet and comfortable apartment on Ramblas

    My daughter and I stayed 4 nights in the Ramblas B apartment. It was incredibly convenient, as we could quickly and easily return to the apartment to fill our water bottles, use the bathroom, get a sweater, etc. The apartment is entered right on the Ramblas, 1 block from Placa Catalyuna, but is quiet because it faces the back of the building and is on the 6th floor (there is a charming, ancient lift). It is perfect for 2 people, but I think would be tight for 3 people, even though there is a sofabed in the living room. The beds were comfortable, the towels and bedding were nice, and everything worked, including the washer, which was great to have after 2 weeks of travel. If I return to Barcelona, I would definitely stay here again. It was very convenient and pleasant.

    Excellent location, secured, clean, tidy, no noise. Only point is that the sofa double bed is not so comfortable for two, although this would't hold me from returning back.

    AMAZING!

    Hello, Me and my friends are very happy about the flat! We give 5 star to the flat! We have really appreciate a lot it and we are sure that when we will come back in barcellona we will rent again it! The position is perfect, in the middle of barcellona and you have metro, supermarket, fast food or good restaurants, all very close to the flat! The flat has the wi-fi, air conditioning, all you need to cook and the flat is like new! It's quite little but for 4 people for holiday it is PERFECT! 5 stars and more!

    In the city but quiet

    The apartement is extremely well situated, nevertheless it is suprisingly quiet. Four people can live there, but I would prefer only two due to the bathroom and the space in the livingroom/kitchen. The kitchen itself is fine including all necessary items, especially a huge fridge. The whole apartement is newly painted and very clean. There is enough space in the wardrobe and you can safely open all windows to get some fresh air and even sunlight in the middle of the city.
