We had a wonderful time here. The apartment was beautiful, matched by the view of the sea from the balcony (lounge and dining area). The location is great, right on the coastal path with restaurants, bars and even a supermarket within a 15 minute walk. The communication from Nina was clear and extensive.I would recommend this apartment to everyone and we may return in future, we loved that you are close enough to listen to the waves throughout the evening.Thank you, Nina!

Excellent quality accommodation - so nice to have breakfast with a view of the sun on the sea. The host - Nina - was responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend it for visiting the South Downs.

What an amazing property! This lovely apartment is all about the location. Right on the sea front with unobstructed views out to sea and all the way down the coast to Rye. It's in a very quiet area of the Sovereign Harbour development, which itself is reason enough to go. Sovereign Harbour has the feel of Mediterranean port with loads of sea front cafes and restaurants as well as out of town shops like Asda. It's only about a 10 minute walk from the property, or a few minutes by car.As for the property, it's perfect if you are struggling with health issues (like us pair of old crocks). It's very accessible by lift with a ramp from the private parking bay if stairs are a struggle. Short sea front walks just immediately outside the apartment block. The only down side is that the beach has very high and steep shingle, so getting up and down to the water's edge might be difficult for some. But, you could easily spend a week just enjoying the views from the little balcony.The flat was well cared for, well equipped, and had comfortable beds. Getting help if you need it (which we did once), is very easy - the caretaker lives very close by.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this accommodation more highly. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable—clearly maintained to a very high standard. One of the standout features was the stunning view, which made our stay even more special. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The host was fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay, which made everything seamless. Overall, this was a truly enjoyable experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Fantastic apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment, the photos really do not do it justice!!! Brilliant location to the local restaurants at the harbour and the views to the sea were amazing and so relaxing. We would love to stay here again and we will definitely return. Lovely little stay.

Perfect stay at the beach

The apartment is very cosy and comfy and has everything you need. We had a lovely week there and felt at home from the very beginning. I can highly recommend this apartment for a family. The view is absolutly stunning and you‘re so close to the sea.

Brilliant location to enjoy the sea.

We loved our stay at Pevensey. Just sitting on a sofa and looking out to sea was just what we needed. Asda just around the corner and many restaurants just a short walk away. The kitchen, a beautifully appointed room , was the ideal spot to watch the sunrise, which we did most mornings. We will certainly be going there again.
