The unit was close to every thing including the beach access. The pool area was clean and nice. The unit was pet friendly and very clean. I liked the concrete floors since it allowed pets. I felt it insured me we weren’t walking on dirty floors. The living room furniture and kitchen cups, dishes and silverware need replaced. However we brought disposable items and didn’t cook. So for a weekend stay we were ok. I wouldn’t be happy there for a week with my kids.

Great place for adults

Floor plan was perfect for two couples that still want privacy. Kitchen set up was great, had everything that we needed. We were kinda of skeptical thinking this was a huge kid place but it was nice and quiet when we were there.

Beautiful, clean condo in nice area!

The place was very nice, very clean, the pools and playground were perfect for families and kids. The place was well stocked. I would stay there again. The only down side is it’s on the bayside and not the beach side but it was so nice, I’d still stay there again.

Cottage was nice

Cottage and grounds were nice. Only negative is that the property is on the other side of 361 and you cannot drive a golf cart across 361.

We really enjoyed the cottage and the amenities. The was plenty of space for everyone. The only thing is that the dryer didn't work very well. Other than that, the whole family had a great time

Exactly what it looks like

Super clean and presents exactly like the photos. Pet friendly with concrete floors. Plenty of bedding with extra blankets and towels. Washer and dryer were a definite plus. We were able to enjoy the pool while there. Nice location, parking, and very clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place and location were great. Couple of things though--1)labels on keys for condo were incorrect as there is only a deadbolt which the handle key fit; 2)there were no outside lights in the breeze way which made it difficult to unlock the door at night; 3)toilet in master bath is loose.

Cute Condo with easy access to the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very cute and spacious condo. It is close to the pool and is near one of the beach access roads. It was loaded with plenty of supplies and extra linens. While the pool area was nice, the pool itself was extremely warm and did not feel refreshing after a hot day at the beach.
