July 4th

Unit is very nice with a lovely great room with nice upgrades and wood floors. ( 5 adults comfortable , one young adult in the 3rd “kid” room.) Hot tub great, with view. From thd hot tub outdoors, can hear the nearby road but everything is easy walking distance to Frisco mainstreet and the marina and bike path which was great and makes up for that. . The carpet is in pretty bad condition . The elevator system is wonky. If you have a lot of luggage, it is a small slow elevator so u will need lots of trips, but i guess better than no elevator. The weather was great our weekend. High of low 70s, so very comfortable with the sliding glass door , all windows open and ceiling fans on. In summer, could potentially be very hot as it is a 3rd floor unit and no a/c. Overall , a very nice place snd the owner was very kind and responsive. We had a wonderful time. A little pricey.

Outstanding Condo in Frisco!

This was an outstanding condo right in the heart of Frisco! It worked perfectly for two families. Very nice bedrooms, bathrooms, full kitchen and a comfortable living room area equipped with nice couches, gas fireplace and big TV! We also loved the deck with great views of the mountains and nice hot tub! Short drive to many ski resorts which we took full advantage of. Short walk (5 minutes) to the shops and restaurants of downtown Frisco!

Awesome Stay!

Outstanding condo in Frisco that was perfect for two families! Perfect location close to the main drag in Frisco. Great location with easy access to skiing and boarding at Breck (and Copper). And, we also made the short 30-40 minute drive to Vail and Beaver Creek. Great hot tub after long days of skiing. We highly recommend this spot!

Perfect spot

We’ve stayed in Frisco for years now but needed a place close to Main Street for the teens. The place was perfect - just enough space - plenty of kitchen gadgets, and all the extras like hand soap, Paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, Etc that I feel like I am always buying when we stay in a VRBO. Would definitely stay at this condo again!

Great Location. Very nice Set up

Great location to hit all the area Ski Resorts in short drive. We hit Vail, Beaver Creek and Breck. Can walk to downtown Frisco for dinner. Elevator in unit is a huge plus and makes checking in and out easy. Private garage and Private Hot tub a huge plus. Would stay here again for sure.

Overall a good stay

The location is absolutely perfect! Frisco is a beautiful mountain town conveniently located in close proximity to multiple ski resorts, grocery stores, gas, etc all with a gorgeous backdrop! The kitchen had all required items and was nice. Bathrooms were nice. While the condo overall met our needs, there were some negatives. The carpet in the bedrooms and common hallways was not clean and left a lot to be desired. The hot tub is serviced every Tuesday, and there was a dangerous amount of chemicals used in it. Our boys got in after a long day of skiing and immediately had skin redness, airway irritation, and one suffered significant swelling, redness, and painful eyes The garage was very difficult to park 2 large SUVs in. Very small and narrow. There were too few towels for showering. Each bathroom had 3. For a place that accommodates 7, there should be several more provided. The dryer requires multiple rounds to actually dry clothing as well. Upon checkout, you are asked to strip the bedding before leaving, no problem at all. However, the mattresses that are below are, well, gross. There are no mattress pads on any beds and LOTS of stains on the mattresses, leaving you with a not so clean feeling. We would not stay at the property again.

Great stay!

The location was very good. Walking distance to downtown main street. It was clean upon our arrival. It was quiet. Great views of the mountains from the hot tub deck as well. The main reason for our stay was a ski vacation. Great mountains close by. Arapahoe Basin and Copper are great mountains. Keystone and Vail, also close.

Terrific vacation!

What a fantastic stay we had! The condo was extremely well appointed, plenty spacious, luxurious, and very comfortable for our 2 families. The private elevator and garage were also very convenient. The condo’s location in Frisco makes it an excellent choice for all-weather vacations. We will definitely stay here again, and look forward to working with Brian, who was an outstanding host.

It was well decorated and the sofas were different than on website. There were 2 full size sofas, very comfy. Kitchen full equipped. Beds were all foam very nice and the view was spectacular from deck and hot tub! Just a few blocks from Main Street. Love this town.

This place was everything we hoped for & more! Everything was very clean and felt like home with a beautiful mountain view. The non-perishables in the kitchen & complementary bottle of wine were also a nice touch and very much appreciated! The location couldn’t have been more convenient; not far from Silverthorne, Dillon, Copper Mountain, & Breckenridge. We didn’t have one issue with the place & plan to make this an annual family vacation destination.

The condo is spacious and set up very nicely! Nice to have two bedrooms each with their own large bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked and very nice! The hot tub was great and the living room had plenty of seating. As an added bonus it was great to have an elevator to go up to the third-floor. Would definitely stay at this place again! Close to downtown for an easy walk.

It was great place to stay! Modern decor and furnishings! Hot tub was clean! Good directions for the private elevator. I dropped my license and a credit card on the floor when leaving. Owner called shortly after checkout and I was able to go back and retrieve them no hassle. 100% recommend! 15 mins to Breck , 30 mins to Vail! Thanks!!

Hot tub on deck with Mountain Views was great after a long day of skiing. Close walk to lots of great shops/restaurants. Nice details like box fans in each room, great soaps/lotion, stocked kitchen, lots of games, will definitely be back.

Great Condo

Our stay here was very comfortable. We loved the hot tub and the in floor heating. The host is very responsive. Condo is very well equipped. It was great having a garage in the winter. Beds were very comfortable. Overall the listing is very accurate. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Comfortable Place & Great Location

We were a little concerned with noise from being so close to a main road, but we did not notice any noise. Loved that there was a private hot tub. The location was great for walking to restaurants. Everything was clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. The only recommendation we have is to put a snow shovel in the garage. Due to drifting and heavy snow, the garage was blocked in with over a foot of snow, and we had to make due with pushing the snow with a broom. Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay at the property again.

Great Frisco ski condo

Our family had a great time staying at this condo for a ski week at Copper. Great location close to main street and nice size condo stocked with everything you will need. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing every day. I would recommend this condo and will stay there again! Thank you!

Great home base in Frisco

The condo itself was great and the location was good being able to walk to Main St, etc. Unit was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub, however, had we known about the road construction out front we might have chosen another location as it was loud and dusty and they started early and worked into the night. So we only used the hot tub late in the evening. Obviously, not the fault of the owner or management. One minor gripe, the hot tub maintenance guy showed up unexpectedly to work on the hot tub at 9:00am on our last morning, which involved running a hose from the kitchen sink across the living room to the balcony, right in the middle of us packing, cleaning up, trying to get out by the 10:00am checkout time. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Happy place

This is condo is everything!! Views are amazing! It has everything one would need to feel like home! We loved being able to walk into town and walk to trailheads. We love Frisco and this condo was the icing on the cake! Cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful House

This rental was just perfect. It's located on the 3rd floor, but the elevator made the process of hauling all of our stuff so much easier. The kitchen was nicely equipped. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
