Check in was easy. The young lady in the office was super friendly and very helpful. Location was fantastic- easy to walk to restaurants and the beach. Loved the heated pool.

Property is kept very nicely including all external grounds. Super close to the beach and restaurants.

Excellent location close to beach and many great restaurants on beach and sunset pier. Unit had a well equipped kitchen even had paper towels, hand soap and toilet paper upon arrival. Very comfortable bed and living room furniture. Office staff Theresa was very helpful and arranged our cab to airport.

Our stay.

Our stay was wonderful with one exception, the maintenance man, Tony, screamed at everyone to get out of the pool, because we had a yeti drink container with water in it to get out of the pool and everyone had a hour time out! I'm 69 years old! The gentleman next to me in the pool was 80! Totally unreasonable! We told him we would put it off to the side, NO get out of the pool!

Property is a little older but a great value! It is steps to the beach, there is a grill right there serving drinks and burgers etc.. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We will stay again

Perfect location

We had previously stayed at the property next door so were familiar with the location. The unit location is perfect, did not disappoint. The condo kitchen (utensils, cups, plates, coffee maker) appeared well stocked but we did not need to use items as I bring my own. Theresa in the office was awesome! Thank you!

The unit itself was adequate. Close to beach and walk to restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is sketchy. Had the same drunk/drugged guy approach us every morning for beer. Not comfortable sitting on veranda to have coffee

Good location

Right on beach so that was perfect. Place was small though and have tenants wash dishes before they leave. I’m a clean freak so we left them clean, unfortunately for us though the dishes were dirty. There was grass inside the extra bedding bag and there were no extra pillow case covers. The surrounding neighbors were very nice and some good restaurants, Shells was our favorite. Overall, happy with our stay but felt it was a little expensive for the quality we had
