Unfortunately scheduled pickups are set by the service provider and are not determined by check-in or check-out days of a property. We do rely on guests to follow the outline of discarding trash in a uniform fashion which includes using garbage bags. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again.

As we state prior to arrival we provide one set of towels per person the property sleeps, not based on a specific reservation's reported occupancy. The soft spot in the floor is a safety concern we take seriously, and we will address the repair promptly. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back once these improvements are made.
