hazardous arrangement of furniture in bedroom. tripped and banged knee multiple times in night while trying to get up to use bathroom. took pictures. Management had very little concern for assisting me so i found alternate option on island and will NOT return. I WILL share my experience online.

The condo is located in an ideal spot. The view from the balcony was amazing. Most evenings you could see the dolphins playing in the calm water. The beach was never crowded, and the sunsets were incredible. The one suggestion I have is that a guest book with a couple of ink pens might be a nice addition.

Tybee Stay

The property was amazing and beautiful. The private beach access was so nice and having a pool right there was also very convenient. The listing said there was an elevator but there is not. There isn’t a lot of stairs but something to be aware of.

Everything was perfect! We had everything we needed, and the unit was very clean. We enjoyed walking the beach and loved that we could walk to Tybean for coffee each day. We enjoyed our time at the nice pool too. Communication was on point! The only bad part was packing up to leave. We will be back!

Lovely condo!

Our check-in after hours was bumpy, as for some reason our packet with keys and parking pass were not in the pink box at the office as promised. Once we called the emergency number, someone came to the property and was able to assist us within 30 minutes. The proximity to the beach is amazing, as it is very close to our unit. My son and I rented an umbrella and chairs, as well as 2 bikes, from the local rental companies and that turned out great as well. While we enjoyed the pool, it had a substantial amount of black mold/mildew on the inside of the pool that was slimy and needs to be cleaned out. Other than that, our condo was clean and had all the kitchen amenities that you can think of. The bedroom was a little tight, but comfortable. Considering the age of the complex, I was very satisfied with our unit itself, as well as the location of the community on North Beach!

overall a relaxing property, with nice view and beach area. elevator on only one end of building makes getting luggage to 3rd floor difficult when your unit is on opposite end. with a/c units on roof top 3rd floor units are a little noisier at bedtime.

Me time

I own a business and I am the full-time caregiver for my mother. I wore myself out in 2022 and decided "Taking Care of Me in 2023" was my mantra this year. My first stop - 2 nights on Tybee Island. The condo was PERFECT! EXACTLY what I needed. Quiet (booked in January off-season), a balcony overlooking the water and a tennis court. It was a little slice of heaven for an introvert like me. Unfortunately an emergency came up and I had to leave early. But those 24-hours in that amazing condo did wonders for my soul. I will be back -- hopefully to stay longer the next time. THANK YOU!

One of the most clean and comfortable places I’ve stayed in a while.

Tybee island in itself is a beautiful place and so close to Savannah it makes it easy to enjoy. The food, the shopping and the night life as well as the crowd was amazing. This condo was perfect in every way. This was one of the most cleanest and maintained places we’ve stayed . We will definitely come back!!!

Nice Location and Unit

Very nice location, nice pool area and on the beach. The folks that monitor the pool area are great too. The unit is comfortable, nice view watching dolphins. This was our first time on Tybee and found it relaxing. I would recommend Tybee and this property to others.

We spent 4 nights on this Tybee Island property. The whole process was seamless and we got to enjoy the private beach, pool, and even drove to Savannah for a day trip!

Beach fun

We had a great time staying at this property. The ocean view was gorgeous and we saw so many dolphins from our balcony. Beach access was very close, but the palm trees in the pool area need to be sprayed for wasps. Also, it was very quiet and serene. Even on the beach. It was wonderful.

Enjoyed the quick vacation

Great location on Tybee, the view was perfect, it was myself and sister. The property is a bit old but is very clean. The condo has a perfect view, the pullout bed leaves much to be desired, if you weigh over 150 lbs I question if it will hold a person. Small space but we weren’t there to be inside, great vacation! Will come back to Tybee again and I was pleased with the rental company!

Great condo with ocean view

We loved the location of this property and that’s it’s a gated community. The bedroom in our unit was extremely narrow so it was a bit uncomfortable. The pool area was very nice.

Great time with great views

We loved the condo. It was very clean and the pictures were all accurate. The complex was family friendly. It was also quiet at night. The views of the bay, ships and the "wow" sunsets were great. The north beach is also not crowded. We will stay at this complex again in the future.

Loved our visit to Tybee Island

This was our first time to Tybee Island. Loved our stay at Savanah Beach and Racquet Club. Perfect location for everything fun on Tybee. Condo a little small but perfect for a week for two! Everyone was professional, fun and helpful. We will be back for the awesome sunsets too!
