Nice unit in great location. Everything was fine except for the musty, rank odor in the unit. We can’t recommend staying here unless the carpet in the bedroom is replaced with a tile or LVP. Management claimed they could not smell anything. We did not want to waste any more of our limited time on Maui so we stayed put and made the most of it. The management company was very responsive otherwise and addressed other issues very quickly.

We didn't ask for any assistance from Sullivan Properties, but would probably choose to stay at another Condo in Kahana Sunset rather than go back to B1B,

Had some large surf when we were there but were able to do some good snorkelling on the calmer days.Having such close access to the pools was great. Kids would go swimming while we made dinner usually using the great bbq near the pool. Condo is well equipped with pots and pans knives etc. beds were comfortable even the pull out bed which seem to be a queen size. There were a few beach items available, beach chair umbrella boogie board. And there was some more stuff available from the condo that previous guest had left.Would definitely look to come back some day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The one Bedroom condo was roomy and comfortable for a couple and could have accommodated two children on the couch bed. All of the kitchen amenities we needed (except only 4 forks) and a washer and dryer were available. The property has a spectacular sunset view and a beautiful small beach and reef-lined cove suitable for snorkeling with the turtles if the sea is calm. The exterior showers are good for removing any sand, etc. before relaxing in the lovely pool surrounded by well-manicufred grounds complete with plenty of quality grills and lounge chairs. We highly recommend the property and and will return again, hopefully soon.

Nice for couples

Loved the bbq’s on the property-used them every day. Fun to watch the ocean waves splashing onto the property during the storms. I enjoyed the pool. The most outstanding part of our visit was the cleanliness and beautiful garden areas. You have great groundskeepers.

Great location. We loved the private beach that had the turtles visit every day we were there. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics. There is also a garden that you can get herbs from! We would definitely like to come back.
