The Perfect Note

Very fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable! Tastefully decorated. Views are of the river and pool which was neat. Highly recommend.

Nice short stay in. Ashbille

It was extremely clean, the host w as responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was heating the trains at about 7am on Friday morning.

Nashville wedding visit.

Great condo, great location, great hosts! The condo is newly renovated, immaculate, and perfectly appointed with everything guests could need. The Germantown location is perfect, with easy (walkable) access to downtown.

Long Weekend getaway

Cozy Apartment

This was a perfect apartment for our three day stay in Nashville. The only drawback was all the construction which of course is just about everywhere so can’t fault the owners on that.

Heart of Nashville Fun

Great hosts: Accessible, helpful, easy accommodations. Walkable to town, in an industrial area with lots of construction, but quiet at night and private, too. Very comfortable and host has coffee for the morning.

Convenient Location

Just Right

If you're looking for a place to stay within walking distance to Broadway, then this is your place. Nice decor, quiet top floor and a relaxing pool by the river. Lots of construction in the area so be prepared for detours.

New Year’s Eve getaway.

Nice place. Could walk to Broadway in about 15 minutes or take a 5-8 uber ride. Only little issue was that the directions on Vrbo app and the sign for leaving were not the same (what temp to leave condo, dishwasher, where to put garbage, etc…). Hoping we left things the correct way (followed the sign, not the app).

We visited Nashville many times before relocating here and finally made the move to enjoy the climate, pace, vibe and amazing people of this great city on a permanent basis. This location gives you all the access you are seeking, but provides a quiet location to return to at the end day.
