This condo unit provided everything we needed for our 3 night stay in Nashville. It was a one mile walk to Broadway, which was easy for us because we love to walk. We did Uber home at night, though. The community pool was very nice and it had a very nice view of the river where we could watch boats fly by. The check-in process was very easy and our host Harry was very easy to contact, if needed. Actually, he kept in touch with us more than I contacted him. We will definitely stay here if we ever visit Nashville again.

It was a great place especially for the money. While you could sleep up to four with one bathroom and the size it would be very tight. But for 2 people especially if you’re a couple it’s just right. A quick UBER ride to most locations including the airport.Thank again

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and as described. The owner was very quick with communication. Check in was a breeze. The location was about a mile from most activities and we enjoyed being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go or we rented a scooter one day, which was right at the property. We will return.

Perfect location

Nice inside. Better than the outside apperance. Good location. Cheap ride share to main street but quiet and away from the craziness that is downtown Nashville. Only complaint is thin walls and ceiling so you can hear neighbors televisions and footsteps.

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

We had a nice stay. The condo was clean and just as it was described. Harry was a responsive host from the time we made the reservation all the way through our stay. The check in process was easy. The only reason I did not give a 5-star review was the construction noise from across the street (although it was mentioned in the description and also a white noise machine was provided in the bedroom) and there were not to many eateries within walking distance. But don't let that stop you from booking this condo, if you have your own transportation or Uber works well. My favorite "amenity" was the view of the Cumberland and the birds, ducks, and even a hedgehog that greeted us every morning.

Riverfront Condo

The property was just as described. We enjoyed watching the party boats go by on the river, and sitting on the balcony. We selected this property due to the fact that it was a walk-able distance from the activities we had planned. As a side note - all of our walking was done during the day-time hours, and walking several miles per day is routine for us. There was a lot of construction across the street, which we knew about from other reviews. The noise was not bothersome. We did not have a car, but noted that there was ample covered parking. We were very satisfied with our stay, and would stay there again.

Fantastic Location

We loved our stay here! The condo’s location right on the river was awesome, and it was an easy walk to downtown/Broadway along the river. Harry was very communicative, and the condo itself was well furnished and the king sized bed was super cozy. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville!

This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps four. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. One bedroom & One Full bath. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in the bedroom. Two TVs, one in living room and one in the bedroom. A coffee maker, coffee is provided to get your morning started!

This Unit is just steps from the Nashville baseball stadium, walking distance to downtown, Convention Center, Titan Stadium, Farmers market, Greenways, Downtown honky tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, 5th Ave Arts District,Easy 5$ – 8$ Uber/Lyft ride everywhere! If you have a car, Covered parking is available directly adjacent to this unit!

Guest access
We have complimentary covered parking right next to the condo. From the condo, you have a view of the beautiful Nashville Cumberland river. Staying at this condo gives you access to a outdoor pool, workout facility and washer/dryer. It’s a very safe building. All of the tenants have agreed on a No Party Policy with a strictly enforced noise ordinance so you won’t have noisy neighbors.

SECOND FLOOR.(FIRST FLOOR IS ON THE GROUND LEVEL) 16 STEPS.
