We had a nice time at this place! Nice and clean when the appliances stop working they came to fix the problem! The elevator works wonders lol especially for mom them! Beach across the street. We love the patio second and first floor. We will be coming back stay and the same place!!!!!!

Everything was good. I missed it in the listing, but he did say that it would be minimal cleaning products. So we needed to go to the store and get soaps, toilet paper or paper towels, etcLocation to the beach was good and the elevator helped a lot. The first day it was broken, but they did get out quickly to fix it.

great location

all good, only issue was toilet in master bedroom was not refilling water tank properly it was actually leaking water you would have to flush tank to get it to refill and that water would leak out of tank , not a big problem just want to make you aware

The house was perfect—spacious enough for eight adults to enjoy family time, game night, or sneak off to a quiet spot with a good book. The beach was just a short stroll away, with great restaurants nearby and even more within walking distance. The elevator came in handy for those of us staying on the top floor, and the three outdoor spaces gave us plenty of room to relax, reconnect, and enjoy some long-overdue conversation. Grateful for this time together!

Location very good. Elevator was great. Items left in already small garage. Home wasn’t cleaned well. Ice maker in main refrigerator not working. They offered to have cleaning crew and maintenance come, but I didn’t want to have them intrude on our vacation.

Terrible

Everything was filthy. Toilet didn’t flush. Both refrigerators were broken parts. Ice maker did not work door handle broken. Bathroom door knobs broken and did not lock on a shared bathroom pool table broken. Outdoor showers head broken. Could keep going. But no. No management held accountable for issues that are clearly months needing improvement.

Great stay - No Brainer

This is a 2 minute walk across the street and to the beach. Had our family (kids - teens down to age 5) with us and had plenty of space to stretch. Very well kept and clean. Will try to stay at this same property again in the future.

The place was fairly clean. There are some signs of use like lights out, marks on walls and minor damages throughout the house. One of the ice makers didn’t work, a fridge had broken handle, but nothing to really impact our stay. The parking here is kinda tight especially if you aren’t comfortable pulling in and out of a garage as some of our guests were not comfortable with this at all. That being said, have to pull cars out of the garage and then go back inside to close and lock up each time you left was very inconvenient. The location was great, a quick couple minute walk got you on the beach. It was pretty quiet in the neighborhood. There is no bbq grill here, and as I found out renting one in MB is not possible. Have some beach stuff like towels, chairs, umbrellas would have been a great option. Obviously you need to bring all this with you, or rent/buy it. There was an outdoor shower but the head was missing, although the hose just below worked great for rinsing off the sand after the beach trips. Having laundry machines in the unit was a great option especially with all the young kids we had with us. Would I stay here again if I was in the area, probably yes.

Myrtle Beach Property

The house was a perfect size for a large group. It is within walking distance to the beach so you could go to and from easily. There were a few places to grab coffee and a convenience store nearby if you needed anything. The property managers were very responsive to our requests when we first arrived.
