Wombat Studio on Actonは、プライベートなゲストアクセスが可能な静かな環境にある明るいスタジオアパートメントです。 交通の無人機や都会の喧騒ではなく鳥のさえずりの音に目覚めて楽しむのであれば、スタジオの平和と静寂をお楽しみいただけます。 スタジオは主催者の住居とは別になっており、大人2名で簡単に宿泊できます。 設備が含まれます。バスルーム、ランドリー、コンロ、キッチン、電子レンジ、トースター、サンドイッチメーカー、小型冷蔵庫。 キッチンには、食器類、コーヒーを含むカトラリー、紅茶メーカーなどの設備が整っています。 バーベキューや屋外ダイニング施設のある中庭もあります。

Fantastic host who couldn't have been more accommodating. The attention to detail was second to none with everything being spotlessly clean. The beds were comfy, the shower was amazing, the basic pantry items were provided. We could not fault this stay and wished we had stayed longer.

Excellent host-effective communicator, friendly & welcoming, generous. The Wombat Studio was perfect for what we needed- a stopover before a flight home. As it turned out this accommodation is more - a beautiful location, expansive views to the coast, peaceful surrounds, immaculately clean and so very well equiped and stocked for our stay. Amazing stay, highly recommend

Thank you so much Patsy for your kind hospitality. Wombat place is a quiet and comfort stay we only wished we could of stayed longer. Very grateful to find such a gem

From registration onwards, the experience was seamless. Patsy is a most obliging host and goes above and beyond to welcome her guests. The property is set in a semi-rural area within walking distance to some very convenient shops. Wombat Studio is immaculately clean, comfortable and quiet providing all that is needed for a very enjoyable stay. I have recommended this property to many others and will definitely return when next in Tasmania. Very grateful to have found such a gem.

So pleasant we wished we could stay longer!

We were looking for a quick, convenient stay close to the airport and transfers for our overall holiday, and man, did we hit the jackpot! Patsy and the Wombat Studio were a delightful surprise. Spotless, comfortable and peaceful, we are so disappointed we could only stay one night. Patsy was SO generous with her time and airport transfers, and the breakfast included was perfect for our needs. Definitely adding to the list next time we are in the area, for a long term stay.

Perfect!

We stayed only one night, but would have gladly stayed more. It's so close to the airport, but far away (in feel) from the city - even though Hobart is close. A quiet country stay in a pristine studio. The hosts are lovely and met us upon arrival - and provisioned us for breakfast as well. One special treat was reading about Patsy's work with wildlife: inspiring and even funny at turns. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful property and lovely, cozy studio. Hosts are fantastic! Perfect place to relax, close enough to the city to enjoy all Hobart has to offer but a calm and quiet place to chill after a busy day.

Patsy & Neal were amazing hosts when we stayed with them recently. Helping us get the right care through a health issue and their follow up concern. The studio was immaculately clean and tidy and had everything needed. We loved the area too but be aware as in the studio resume you will need a vehicle. We loved also reading Patsys wombat story. A comfy studio with everything you need for relaxing break

Wombat Studio is one of the best studio apartments we have stayed in located in a quiet rural setting with a lovely and helpful host. It had everything we needed for an overnight satay at the end of our holiday but would also be a great base for exploring Hobart/Port Arthur. We would love to come back!

Welcoming and Peaceful Retreat

We were warmly welcomed by Patsy, and she walked us through Woman Studio and showed where everything was. The whole Studio was tastefully decorated, especially with many delightful and thoughtful wombat knick-knacks. Even the tea towels had wombats on them. The supplies for breakfast were plentiful and great variety. The studio was spotless and had everything we had expected and more with many personal touches. If we ever need accommodation near Hobart in the future, we will definitely stay there again, and we highly recommend both the host and the accommodation to anyone.

Wonderful host and property

Perfect place to start or finish your tour of Tasmania. Close to the airport, easy to get to Hobart, Richmond and the Coal Valley, etc. Comfortable and well-looked after place with everything you may need. Plenty of space, quiet, and decorated with charm. Patsy is incredibly responsive and kind. Would return for sure.

I am an animal lover and well-known carer of injured or orphaned native wildlife in Tasmania. I was employed for 14 years by the State Government as the Coordinator of the Program which placed injured and orphaned wildlife with the volunteer carer network around the state (now retired).

Whilst I love all native animals, my favourite is clearly wombats.

My involvement with, love and respect for such incredible creatures led me to call our accommodation 'The Wombat Studio'.

The Wombat Studio is part of a 5-acre property in a semi-rural area. Acton Park is considered a safe area, is an easy short drive to Hobart Airport, yet far enough away to not to be bothered by aircraft noise. The studio is located 400 metres from the main road, therefore, is a quiet and private location. Even though we are not located within the hustle and bustle of the city, Hobart is only a short 20-minute easy drive. Many southern Tasmanian tourist sites are an easy drive from the Studio, for example, the Coal Valley Wine region, Richmond Historic Township, Port Arthur Historic Site and Mount Wellington, just to name a few. The Wombat Studio is warm in winter, cool in summer with the bonus of a pleasant view over Frederick Henry Bay.
