We can't say enough about our stay and our hosts! They were more than accommodating in our specific situation, while we were house shopping and their home and pool were lovely and immaculately kept. All while still feeling like the comfort of home. We're grateful and blessed to have found their place to stay!

An absolute delight in so many ways! A fabulous home with a great kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a wonderful pool! The office was perfect so that I could work undistracted when I needed to. Everything was in perfect order when we arrived and checking out was a breeze. The hosts were amazing! When there was a local water issue that caused the loss of water for a few hours, the hosts were in constant contact with us and even offered to help with other arrangements if it caused us any inconvenience. Perfect!Thanks for a wonderful visit!

This place was perfect. They have everything you need. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to entertain our family on the 4th of July. One thing I always worry about is the beds and how they feel and these ones are great. Then there is the pool!!! The pool is big!! Plenty of space for the family. I can’t complain at all about this place. We will be staying here every time we visit our family!!

Great home

Everything was as expected, the kids, aged 3 and 9 enjoyed the outdoor pool the most, they even enjoyed pretending to be wait service staff and take our food oders through the kitchen window and then call out our number to let us know our order was up. Michael goes above and beyond! He contacted us about something we forgot or should I say the kids and mailed us our game system back! Thanks again Michael, YOU ROCK!!!!we forgot t

Michael was an outstanding host. Attentive from the moment I contacted about availability.House is awesome! Of all the VRBO's we stayed in, this one had EVERYTHING! It was if friends said "go stay at our house," for the week. While the weather did not cooperate for us to take advantage of the pool, it was by far the largest pool we have seen in a rental.A fantastic home that we look forward to booking again.

Very nice neighborhood

You read about people traveling through a neighborhood and the crappiest house is their VRBO. This is definitely NOT the case with this home. It is a very beautiful home in a well established upscale neighborhood. The kitchen is the gathering place (as well as the pool area) and it is all top quality appliances/cabinets/counters and design. It is a very nice home. If the owner wants any suggestions, they might add a dresser or something for guests in which to put away their clothes in the master bedroom. That is my only suggestion. The cold weather did not permit us to use the pool. The pool area was delightful.

Super comfortable!

The home is beautiful and very comfortable. We felt quite safe during hurricane Milton when they graciously allowed us to extend our stay. The owners are quick to communicate and were very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Best place ever

From the beginning right through the end of our stay, the property owner/manager was right there for our every need. The house was amazing with everything you could need, like someone just packed their clothes and left...so many spices and dishes and cookware, even had a few bags and detergents left behind...we added a few ourselves. The electronic amenities throughout the house both inside and outside by the pool were great. The pool area was nice with lots of fans and a fridge right there. The pool is a heated pool and was really nice. Everything was beyond any of our expectations. This was by far the best place I or any of my family has ever stayed, its a true hidden gem and we hope to be back to this lovely abode.

Graduation

The house was good for four older adults and one middle ager that stayed overnight. The 7 year old that lives in Winter Haven loved!! the pool. I also was a draw for our grandson and his girlfriend as well as others in the group. A suggestion, the shower and tub have no safety bars. Also the bed in master was so high I needed a stool to get in. The one I found was very small.

Home away from home!!

This home is spectacular. It's located in Winter Haven which is a beautiful neighborhood with kind neihbors. Close to stores, restaurants and activities to keep you busy. But, if you like to just relax at home you can do so by the beautiful pool side with gas grill and lots of seating to enjoy the sunny Florida days. Beds are extra comfy for a great night's sleep. It deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!

Beautiful home, wonderful host

These kind people opened their home to us when I reached out in desperation with my mother in the hospital. This family dropped everything and made arrangements so that after driving through the night, we would have a safe place to stay. That day my mother was moved to the ICU and was very unlikely to survive the night. She survived that day and a dozen more since. Each day my mother fought, this home provided a peaceful, calm place to sleep. It was truly a refuge at one of the most stressful times of my life. They had everything I could have wanted from a blender to plastic containers to bring food for long days at the hospital. There was a binder with everything from how to use the remotes to the best places to eat, which ones deliver and fun things to do. My son has MCAS and is very sensitive to chemicals and fragrances. The pool is a saltwater pool! This means less chemicals and the only kind that doesn’t make him sick. The floors are all wood grain tile, so no carpet to keep odors, mold and dust trapped. For those with MCS or fragrance sensitivities, there are no scents here! They don’t have air fresheners or glade plugins and they don’t need them. The hand soap and laundry detergent were both scented but we brought our own. The back porch and screen area that allows smoking absolutely does not smell at all like smoke. They allow pets but there was no smell of animals. This home was without flaws. I am forever grateful to this family for sharing their home with us.

Amazing Home and Host

This rental was incredibly nice. The host was very kind, friendly, and provided several recommendations. It’s in a very convenient location near the interstate so we could be to both Tampa and Orlando within 45 mins. We also appreciated that this was truly a dog friendly home and neighborhood. It was immaculately clean and we will definitely be staying again.

Wonderful property

We loved the house. It is very conveniently located near Legoland, which was the purpose of our visit. The house is neat, well-maintained, and well-stocked, we loved the entertainment system and kitchen. The pool is clean, warm, and deep enough to be enjoyed by adults as well as kids. There is a Publix store and gas station within 2 minutes drive, food delivery worked just fine. Communication with owners was great, we had no issues during our stay and will love to stay there again.

This is a safe and quiet neighborhood and this property has a nice residential view from all sides. No trashy or run down homes or property near by. The neighbors are nice too.

This home is really nice during the winter months whereas you can open the house completely with the slider doors and great for parties and gatherings, watching football, and pool activities. Great sound system outdoors too.
